Abstract

Drikkeblandinger uten smakstilsetning inneholdende psyllium- agner er fremstilt omfattende i alt vesentlig psylliumagner med liten partikkelstørrelse, hvor mindre enn omtrent 10 % psylliumagner har partikkelstørrelser sorn en større enn omtrent 60 rnesh, mindre enn omtrent 2,0 % spiselig syre og sukker. Slike blandinger er uten smakstilsetninger slik at psyllium med liten partikkelstørrelse, som lett suspenderes i en væske uten å gi en kornet konsistens, kan blandes med et større utvalg væsker, som melk og fruktdrikker, uten hurtig geldannelse av psylliumagnene.
