Abstract

Ved en fremgangsmåte til fremstilling av en skum- plastplate (1) blir et utgangsmateriale anbragt mellom to dekklag (3, 4) og en kjemisk oppskummingsreaksjon av utgangsmaterialet innledet. Som dekklagmateriale for platen anvendes en bærer av et ikke-vevet eller vevet tekstilstoff med et belegg som består av et pulver- formet anorganisk materiale og ytterligere bestanddeler. Skumplastplaten (1) far en kjerne (2) av oppskummet plast som er anordnet mellom to lag (3, 4) av dekk- lagmateriale. For forbedring av bruksegenskapene av skumplastplaten blir intensiteten av oppskummingsreaksjonen redusert i området for minst ett dekklag (3, 4) ved fremstillin- gen. Det pulverformede anorganiske materiale reagerer herunder basisk eller inneholder i det minste en basisk reagerende andel. Den oppskummede plast får dermed en uregelmessig porestørrelsesfordeling over tykkelsen av kjernen (2), idet den midlere porestørrelse i området for minst ett dekklag (3, 4) er mindre enn i midten (I) av kjernen (2).
