Abstract
Det er beskrevet en faststoff røntgenstråle detektor (4) som er en to-dimensjonal gruppe av enkeltstående plkselelementer (22) den hybrlde halvlederoppbygnlng resulterer l detektorelementer (22) med høy romoppløsning (<30 mikron), høy følsomhet over hele røntgenstrålespekteret og blldehastig- heter på mere enn 1000 Hz. For biomedisinsk anvendelse gir disse grupper høykvalitets sann-tids digitale radiografiske bilder som er direkte koblet til et bildebehandlingssystem (40) til forbedring av bildet og av dataassisterte under- søkelser. I en alternativ utførelse av oppfinnelsen, vil den hybrlde oppbygning som er inntatt i en automatisert produksjonsprosess (12-15) forenkle sann-tids, ikke-destruk- tiv, røntgenstråleundersøkelse av produserte gjenstander (15) under produksjonsprosessen. Strukturelle defekter i uorganiske gjenstander som prøves blir påvist i sann tid under produksjonsprosessen og korrigert når tilbakekoblings- signaler (6) blir frembragt på grunnlag av de elektroniske bildedata som fremkommer under den ikke-destruktive prøve- prosess .
