Abstract

Forbindelser med formelen hvor X er -O- eller -CH -; Y er -O-, -CH -CH -, -CH=CH-, -C=C- eller -OCH C H -; Z er -CH -CH -, -CH=CH- eller -C=C-; R er hydrogen, lavere alkyl, lavere alkenyl, cykloalkyl eller aralkyl; A er -B eller -0-B; B er en mono-, di- eller tricyklisk aromatisk eller heteroaromatisk gruppe substituert med gruppen -COR2, -(O) -(W) -COR2 eller -(CH=CH) COR2 og som også kan inne- holde opp til 4 ytterligere substituenter valgt uavhengig av hverandre fra gruppen bestående av halogen, cyano, lavere alkyl, lavere alkoksy, sulfonamido, alkanoyl, aroyl, -(Q)k~(W) ,-E el- ler -(Q)k~(W) -c H.-(W) ,,,-E, forutsatt at ikke mer enn en av de nevnte substituenter er - (Q).-(W) s ' ~E eller ~<°-) k~ (W) s"~C6H4~ (W)S,,,-E; E er -COR2 eller R ,¿ W er -CR3R4~; Q er -O- eller kar- bonyl; R er hydroksy, lavere alkoksy eller -NR R ; R og R er uavhengig av hverandre hydrogen eller lavere alkyl; f, h, k, m og t er uavhengig av hverandre O eller 1; n, s og s' er uavhengig av i hverandre et tall fra l til 12; p er et tall fra l til 2; s" og s1" er uavhengig av hverandre et tall fra O til 12; og C,H er en 1,2-, 1,3- eller l,4-fenylengruppe, deres geometriske og optiske isomerer, og når R er hydroksy, farmasøytisk aksepta- ble salter av disse med baser.
