Abstract

Overføringssystem for polarisasjons-ufølsom overføring av signaler via en signalrute (ST) mellom et første systemkoblingspunkt (Sl) for en sender (T) og et andre systemkoblingspunkt (S3) for en mottaker (R), og mellom to ytterligere system- koblingspunkter (S2 og S4) for en ytterligere sender og mottaker. På den ene side er høyordensre- tarderen (HR) anbrakt mellom systemkoblingspunktene og signalruten (ST). Systemet omfatter en første og andre hybridkrets (Hl og H2), idet hver er utstyrt med to monodirek- sjonale koblingspunkter og et bidireksjonalt koblingspunkt. De monodireksjonale koblingspunkter danner systemkoblingspunktene (S1-S4). Det bidireksjonale koblingspunkt hos en av hybridkrets- ene (Hl) er knyttet til høyordensretarderen (HR), og det bidireksjonale koblingspunkt hos den andre hybridkrets (H2) er knyttet direkte til signal- ruten (ST) .
