Description

Fremgangsmåte og festeanordning til festing
av fleksible rør til en plastbeholder.
Den foreliggende oppfinnelse vedrører en fremgangsmåte
til permanent festing av et fleksibelt rør til en åpningstuss på en beholder, hvor beholderen og/eller stussen er utstyrt med en anleggsflate.
Oppfinnelsen vedrører også en festeanordning for utførelse av festingen.
Beholdere for medisinske væsker hvortil det er festet et fleksibelt rør anvendes til forskjellig medisinsk bruk og på syke-hus, f.eks. en blodlagringsbeholder hvortil det er festet et permanent, fleksibelt rør, eller en beholder for dispensering av intravenøse væsker. Slike beholdere er vanligvis fremstilt av termoplastmateriale.
Hittil er fleksible rør blitt festet til plastbeholdernes åpningsstuss ved hjelp av løsningsmidler eller klebemidler. Det
er ofte ønskelig å unngå bruken av slike løsningsmidler eller klebemidler.
Dessuten er det ved kjente fremgangsmåter for festing generelt nødvendig at materialet i plastbeholderen er det samme som i plastrøret. Det er av og tilønskelig at materialet i beholderen er et annet enn i røret, f.eks. rør av polyvinylklorid og beholder og stuss av polypropylen.
Ifølge den foreliggende oppfinnelse anbringes enden av det fleksible rør over stussen. En tettsluttende, elastisk ring anbringes over rørenden, og en holderhette anbringes med trang pasning over ringen. Holderhetten er sammenføyet med beholderen, f.eks. ved smelting med varme eller ved ultralydsveising. Ringen og holderhetten trykker rørenden tett an mot åpningsstussen. Holderhetten omfatter en innovervendende leppe for hindring av aksial bevegelse av den elastiske ring.
Oppfinnelsen vil bli nærmere forklart i det etterfølgende under henvisning til de medfølgende tegninger , hvori: Fig. 1 viser et uttrukket utsnitt av beholderen og røret.
Fig. 2 viser et snitt gjennom beholderen og røret.
Figurene viser en del av en beholder 10 av egnet termoplastmateriale, f.eks. polypropylen, for medisinsk bruk. En åpningsstuss 11 er festet til beholderen 10, f.eks. ved varra-forsegling til en flens 12a på et halsparti 12 på beholderen. Stussen 11 er utstyrt med en plan anleggsflate 13 på flensen
12a og er utstyrt med et ringformet avstandsstykke og sete 14
ved anleggsflaten. Stussens 11 øvre ende er utformet med et avsmalnende parti 15 for styring og utvidelse av rørets 20 endeparti. En kanal 16 løper gjennom beholderens 10 halsparti 12.
Røret 20 av egnet termoplastmateriale, såsom polyvinylklorid, er anbrakt over stussen 11 med sin ene ende 21 noe ut-videt til drivpasning eller friksjonspasning om stussen og enden 21 i anlegg mot avstandsstykket 14.
En elastisk, stort sett sylindrisk ring 25 av gummi eller annet egnet materiale er anbrakt med presspasning over rørenden 21 og rager i den viste utførelsesform i det avsmalnende partis 15 lengde og litt forbi stussens 11 frie ende. Materialet i ringen 25 er slik at friksjonskoeffisienten mellom ringen 25 og rørenden 21 er meget høy.
En holderhette 30 av egnet plastmateriale, såsom polypropylen, er anbrakt med presspasning over ringen 2 5 og omfatter en innadvendende, ringformet leppe 31 langs dens øvre ende som avgrenser en åpning 3 2 som opptar røret 20 med trang pasning. En utadragende flens 3 3 er anordnet i holderhettens nedre ende og danner anlegg mot anleggsflaten 13 som den er festet til. I den viste utførelsesform er bindingen en ultralydsveis 34, selv om andre typer forseglinger kan anvendes.
Den indre leppe 31 holder ringen permanent, hindrer aksial bevegelse av denne og hindrer at røret 20 trekkes av. Det er en fordel at løsningsmidler og klebemidler er unngått. Dessuten kan beholderen og røret være av samme eller forskjellige materialer.

3. Festeanordning for permanent festing av et fleksibelt rør til en åpningsstuss på en beholder hvor en ende av røret blir anbrakt over stussen, karakterisert ved at festeanordningen omfatter en tettsluttende, elastisk ring som er anbrakt over rørenden og stussen, slik at røret blir forseglet mot stussen, og en holderhette som er stivt forbundet med beholderen, idet holderhetten og ringen elastisk trykker røret om stussen, idet holderhetten er utstyrt med en innover-ragende leppe for å hindre aksial bevegelse av den elastiske ring.
4. Festeanordning i samsvar med krav 3, karakterisert ved at røret er anbrakt over stussen med presspasning.
5. Festeanordning i samsvar med krav 4, karakterisert ved at beholderen og røret er fremstilt av forskjellige materialer.
6. Festeanordning i samsvar med krav 4, karakterisert ved at ringen rager forbi stussens frie ende.
7. Festeanordning i samsvar med krav 3, karakterisert ved at ringen er fremstilt av materiale som bevirker en høy friksjonskoeffisient mellom ringen og det fleksible rør.
8. Festeanordning i samsvar med krav 4, karakter- r ise r'.t ved at stussen er utstyrt med en plan anleggs flate, og at hetten er utformet med en utovervendende flens som danner anlegg mot anleggsflaten og som er festet til denne.
9. Festeanordning i samsvar med krav 8, karakterisert ved at flensen er smeltet til anleggsflaten som er smeltet til beholderen.
10. Festeanordning i samsvar med krav 9, karakterisert , ved at smeltingen av flensen og anleggsflaten er en ultralydsveis.
11. Festeanordning for permanent festing av et fleksibelt plastrør til en plaststuss på en beholder, karakter isert ved at plastrørets ene ende er anbrakt med presspasning over stussen til dannelse av et tett friksjonsinngrep med stussen, en tettsluttende, elastisk ring anbrakt over rør- enden og over stussen slik at rørenden tetter mot stussen, idet ringen rager forbi stussens frie ende, at den omfatter en holder hette som er anbrakt over ringen og som er utformet med en innovervendende leppe i den øvre ende som holder ringen på plass, idet enten beholderen eller stussen er utstyrt med en anleggsflate, samt at hetten er utformet med en utovervendende flens som danner anlegg mot og er festet til anleggsflaten, idet -. holderhetten og ringen elastisk trykker røret om stussen.
