Description
Den foreliggende oppfinnelse angår et herbicid som inneholder en blanding av forskjellige virksomme stoffer.
Det ér kjent at urinstoffer, triaziner og benzotiadiazi-nondioksyder har en herbicid virkning. Deres herbicide virkning er imidlertid ikke alltid tilfredsstillende.
Det ble funnet at en blanding av
a) en forbindelse med formelen
hvor X betyr metoksy og Y betyr klor når R og R^betyr henholdsvis hydrogen og metoksy, og når R betyr en cykloalkenylrest,

metyl, metoksy, trifluormetyl og hydrogen, og
b) en forbindelse med formelen
hvor X betyr klor, brom, cyan, hydroksy, metoksy, tiometyl, tioetyl, azider, R og R^ er like eller forskjellige og betyr hydrogen, en eventuelt med cyan, halogen, alkoksy, hydroksy substi-
tuert uforgrénet eller forgrenet alkyl-, alkenyl- eller alkinylrest med opp til 7 karbonatomer, cykloalkyl, acetyl, alkylacetyl, Y har samme betydning som R og R^og Y dessuten betyr tioalkyl

c) en forbindelse med formelen 0

hvor R betyr en lvere alkylrest, R^betyr hydrogen og salter derav,
har en bedre herbicid virkning enn de aktive enkeltstoffer.
Blandingene kan inneholde en eller flere forbindelser med
formelen a og b og eventuelt c.
Blandingsforholdene kan velges etater ønske. Blandingsfor-holdet mellom stoffene a og b og/eller c er 0,1-10 vektdeler a til 1 vektdel b og/eller c, fortrinnsvis 0,3-3 vektdeler a til 1 vektdel b og/eller c.
Den mengde som anvendes av middelet ifølge oppfinnelsen
kan variere. Den mengde som anvendes, avhenger hovedsakelig av arten av den ønskede effekt. Mengden ligger i alminnelighet mellom 0,1 og 30 eller mer, fortrinnsvis0,2-6 kgV^virksomt stoff pr. hektar.
Midlene ifølge oppfinnelsen kan blant annet anvendes ved metoder
hvor de tilføres før plantingen, etter plantingen, før såingen, før plantenes oppkomst, etter plantenes oppkomst eller mens kultur-
plantene eller de uønskede planter er i ferd med å komme opp av jorden, og midlene kan tilføres en eller flere ganger.
Blandingene er egnet til bekjempelse av uønskede planter i
i kulturer ,av nytteplanter, for eksempel Triticum spp.', Hordeum vulgare,
Se'ea!le cereale, Gossypum hirsutum, Zea mays, Solanum tuberosum,
Pisum sativum, Daucus carota, Phaseolus vulgaris, Nicotiana tabacum,
Soja max. ,• Vitis'vin-i-fera.
Dessuten kan blandingene anvendes som totalmiddel ved
graver, bekker eller elver, langs jernbaneskinner, på øde flater etc.
Anvendelsen skjer eksempelvis i fdrrn av direkte sprøytbare . løsninger, pulvere, suspensjoner eller dispersjoner, emulsjoner,
oljedispersjoner, pastaer, støvformige midler, strømidler eller granulater, ved utsprøyting, forstøvning, utstrøing eller uthelling.
Anvendelsesformene retter seg he.lt etter anvendelsesformålet; man tar
imidlertid alltid sikte på å oppnå en best mulig fordeling av de virksomme stoffer ifølge oppfinnelsen-.
For fremstilling av direkte sprøytbare løsninger, emulsjoner, pastaer og oljedispersjoner kan man bruke mineraloljefraksjoner med midlere til høyt kokepunkt, så som kerosin eller dieselolje, enn-.videre kulltjæreoljer etc, samt oljer av vegetabilsk eller animalsk opprinnelse, alifatiske, cykliske og aromatiske hydrokarboner, som for eksempel benzen, tolueh, xylen, paraffin, tetrahydronaftalin, alkylerte naftaliner eller deres derivater, for eksempel metanol, etanol, propanol, butanol, kloroform, karbontetraklorid, cykloheksa-noi, cykloheksanon, klorbenzen, isoforon etc, sterkt polare løs-ningsmidler som for eksempel dimetylformamid, dimetylsulfoksyd, N-metyl[py]rrolidon, vann etc.
Vandige bruksformer kan fremstilles av emulsjonskonsentrater, pastaer eller fuktbare pulvere (sprøytepulvere) og oljedispersjoner ved tilsetning av vann. Ved fremstilling av emulsjoner, pastaer eller ol jedispers joner kan stoffene som sådanne eller /løst i olje
eller løsningsmiddel homogeniseres i vann ved hjelp av fukte-, klebe-, dispergerings- eller emulgeringsmidler. Det kan imidlertid også
fremstilles konsentrater bestående av virksomt stoff, fukte-, klebe-, dispergerings- eller emulgeringsmiddel og eventuelt løsningsmiddel eller olje, hvilke konsentrater er egnet til å fortynnes med vann.
Blant overflateaktive stoffer kan nevnes: alkali-,.jord-alkali-, ammoniaumsalter av ligninsulfonsyre, naftalinsulfonsyrer, fenolsulfonsyrer, alkylarylsulfonater, alkylsulfater, alkylsulfonater, alkali- og jordalkalisalter av dibutylnaftalinsulfonsyre, lauryl-etersulfat, fettalkoholsulfater, fettsure alkali- og jordalkali^JJter, [salter av sulfaterte heksadekanoler, heptadekanoler, oktadekanoler, salter av sulfatert fettalkoholglykoleter, kondensasjonsprodukter av sulfonert naftalin og naftalinderivater med formaldehyd, konden-sas jonsprodukter av naftalin eller naftalinsulfonsyrer med fenol og formaldehyd, polyoksyetylen-oktylfenoleter, etoksylert isooktyl-

Pulver, strø- og støvformige midler kan fremstilles ved blanding eller sammaling av de virksomme stoffer med et fast bære-materiale.
Granulater, for eksempel omhyllings-, impregnerings- og homogengranulater, kan fremstilles ved binding av de virksomme stoffer på faste bærematerialer. Faste bærematerialer er eksempelvis mineralmaterialer så som silicagel, kiselsyrer, kiselgeler, sili-kater, talkum, kaolin, attaclay, kalkstein, kalk, kritt, bolus,
løss, leire, dolomitt, diatoméjord, kalsium- og magnesiumsulfat, magnesiumoksyd, malte harpikser, gjødnirigsstoffer som for eksempel ammoniumsulfat, ammoniumfosfat, ammoniumnitrat, urinstoffer og vege-tabilske produkter så som mel av korn, bark, tre og nøtteskall, cellulosepulver og andre, faste bærematerialer.

Tilblandingen av disse midler til de herbicide stoffer ifølge oppfinnelsen kan skje i vektforholdet 1:10 til 10:1. Det samme gjelder oljer, fungicider, nematocider, insenticider, baktericider, motgiftmidler og vekstregulatorer.
Midlene oppviser en sterk herbicid virkning og kan derfor anvendes som ugrasdrepende midler eller til bekjempelse av uønskede plantevekster. Om midlene virker som totale eller selektive midler, vil hovedsakelig avhenge av den mengde virksomt stoff som anvendes pr. flateenhet.
Med ugras, henholdsvis uønskede plantevekster menes her alle enfrøbladede og tofrøbladede planter som vokser på steder hvor de ikke er ønsket.

Eksempel 4
En jordbruksflate ble besådd med forskjellige frø. Umiddelbart deretter ble jorden behandlet med de følgende virksomme enkeltstoffer og deres blandinger i granulatform:
I N-3-klor-4-metoksy-fenyl-N<1->metyl-N'-metoksyurinstoff
II 2-klor-4-etylamino-6-isopropylamino-1,3,5-triazin
III 2-(2-klor-4-metylamino-l,3,5-triazin-6-yl-amino)-2-metylpropionitril
IV 2-klor-4,6-dietylamino-1,3,5-triazin
V 2-klor-4-etylamino-6-tert.butylamino-1,3,5-triazin
VI 2-(2-klor-4-etylamino-1,3,5-triazin-6-y1-amino)-2-metylpropionitril
VII 2-metyltio-4-etylamino-6-tert.butylamino-1,3,5-triazin VIII 2-metyltio-4,6-diisopropylamino-1,3,5-triazin
IX 2-metyltio-4-(3-metoksypropylamino)-6-isopropylamino-1,3,5-triazin

Forsøket ble utført under tørre betingelser.
Etter 4-5 uker ble det slått fast at blandingene viste en bedre herbicid virkning ved samme forenlighet med kulturplantene ved bruk av 1 kg/ha aktivt stoff og en bedre forenlighet med(kulturplantene og e(hTbedre herbicid virkning ved bruk av 2 kg/ha aktivt stoff enn enkeltstoffene I-XII.
Forsøksresultatet vil fremgå av den følgende tabell.
Eksempel 5
I et drivhus ble forskjellige planter ved en veksthøyde på 2-20 cm behandlet med de føigende virksomme enkeltstoffer og deres blandinger som emulsjon-dispersjon: XVII N-3-klor-4-metoksyfenyl-N-cykloheks-l-enyl-N », N' -
dimetylurinstoff

Claims (2)
1. Herbicid middel, karakterisert ved at det inneholder en blanding ava) en forbindelse med formelen
hvor X betyr metoksy og Y betyr klor når R betyr hydrogen og R^ metoksy, og når R betyr en cykloalkenylrest, betyr R^ hydrogen, metoksy, metyl og Y og X betyr halogen, metyl, metoksy, trifluormetyl, hydrogen, og
b) en forbindelse med formelen
hvor X betyr klor, brom, cyan, hydroksy, metoksy, tiometyl, tioetyl, azido, R og R^ er like eller forskjellige og betyr hydrogen, en eventuelt med cyan, halogen, alkoksy, hydroksy substituert uforgrenet eller forgrenet alkyl-, alkenyl- eller alkinylrest med opp til 7 karbonatomer, cykloalkyl, acetyl, alkylacetyl, Y har samme betydning som R og R^ og Y dessuten kan bety tioalkyl eller amino, og eventuelt
