Abstract
Description
Eksempler på kjent teknikk finnes i: D1:EP526894 The invention relates to a container bogie for the transport of containers or universal containers on the railway network, with a chassis which is placed on two turning frames which are equipped with wheels, and which has two outer, longitudinal support beams which are connected by cross beams as stated in the initial patent claims from 1 -15. Examples of prior art can be found in: D1:EP526894
D2: US4805539 D2: US4805539
Such container bogies are used to a large extent for transitional transport between trucks and ships. The so-called ISO containers have external dimensions in accordance with norms laid down in international agreements. In addition to this, however, universal containers are constantly being made larger, in order to be able to transport as much light and bulky goods as possible. For railway wagons, however, there are height and width restrictions, according to the international reference profile for such wagons. For this reason, the only option is to place the loading surface of such universal containers as low as possible. However, there are certain obstacles to such attempts.
In order for the container bogies to be compatible with other railcars, buffers and traction devices must be placed at a standardized height. For static reasons, the outer, longitudinal support beams that carry the containers must have a certain minimum height. The wheels and the turning frames, which are located under the undercarriage of the container bogie, must also have a certain minimum height, as the rolling resistance and wear on the wheels increase disproportionately quickly if the diameter of the wheels is smaller than a certain minimum, in which case the goods transport would not be sufficiently secured. With the known container bogies, the entire load weight acting on a slewing frame is transferred to the undercarriage via a central slewing cup in the slewing frame and a main cross beam, and this main cross beam connects the two outer, longitudinal support beams to each other. Thus, the height of the main cross member is added to the height of the turning frame and the outer, longitudinal support beam, so that the undercarriage is completely above the turning frame and the wheels.
The purpose of the present invention is therefore to provide a container bogie as described in the introduction, which can be used to transport significantly higher universal containers in a safe and reasonable way, and so that the above-mentioned disadvantages are avoided. This task is solved according to the invention so that the outer, longitudinal support beams end in outwardly bent projections in the area of the turning frames (4), with recesses near these, where the wheels are mounted so that they can rotate and swing with part of the circumference in these recesses.
This has the advantage that the outer, longitudinal support beams that surround the loading surface of the container bogie can be lowered so far that the loading surface is only slightly above the underlying wheels, so that the wheels can have the size required for the load weight and low rolling resistance.
I tegningene viser: According to the invention, the initially mentioned device is characterized by the features that appear in the initially mentioned patent claims. Further details of the invention appear from the following detailed description and attached drawings, which show a preferred embodiment of the invention, as an example. The drawings show:

Figur 2: et grunnriss av en beholderboggi Figure 2: a floor plan of a container bogie
Figur 3: et snitt langs linjen II-II i Figur 2. Figure 3: a section along line II-II in Figure 2.
A container bogie 1 mainly consists of a chassis 2 and two turning frames 4 with wheels 3, where the chassis 2 has outer support beams 5 in the longitudinal direction, connected to each other by cross beams 6, and which are equipped with outwardly bent cantilevers 7 in the area of the turning frames 4, with recesses 8 in the vicinity of these, where the wheels 3 are mounted so that they can rotate and swing with part of the circumference in these recesses.
Den indre bærebjelken 13 består av mange flate, kasseformede profiler 14,15 som er forbundet med hverandre, og i området i midten 16 er de forsynt med en øvre leddskål In each of the recesses 8, the wheels 3 are placed in pairs one after the other. The recesses 8 are dimensioned in such a way that the wheels 3 and the turning frames 4 on which they are mounted can swing unhindered. The recesses 8 have rounded limitations 9,10 in the longitudinal direction. The recesses 8 extend between the front piece 11 which limits the undercarriage 2 in the longitudinal direction and the cross beam 12 which is located on the opposite side of the turning frame 4 in relation to the front piece 11. At each of the turning frames 4 there is an inner, longitudinal support beam 13 on the undercarriage 2 between the two recesses 8, which is connected to the front piece 11 and the cross beam 12 closest to the turning frame 4. The inner support beam 13 consists of many flat, box-shaped profiles 14, 15 which are connected to each other, and in the area in the middle 16 they are provided with an upper joint cup
