Abstract
Fremgangsmåte for etablering og gjennomføring av slep av en struktur under vann ved hjelp av et fartøy (10) med senterhull vertikalt gjennom fartøyet, samt bruk av en fjernstyrt undervanns farkost under installasjon av strukturen på sjøbunnen. Fremgangsmåten er kjennetegnet ved at det er anbrakt et tårn (12) over senterhullet, der fartøyet (10) bukseres over strukturen som er parkert på sjøbunn, et løfteskrev (3) senkes ned til strukturen og koples opp på løftepunkter (4), en vinsj (13) med wire (14) tar via en kasteblokk (15) opphengt i tårnet (12) lasten av strukturen og løfter denne fra sjøbunnen, hvoretter fartøyet (10) forflyttes til dypere vann. En statisk wire koples opp til festepunkter på tårnet (12), og en styreline (2) føres frem fra fartøyets (10) fremre del til et kalibrert styrvektlodd (5) og videre til strukturen, hvoretter slep mot feltet starter. The method is characterized in that a tower (12) is placed over the center hole, where the vessel (10) is towed over the structure which is parked on the sea floor, a lifting lug (3) is lowered to the structure and connected to lifting points (4), a winch (13) with wire (14) via a throw block (15) suspended in the tower (12) takes the load of the structure and lifts it from the seabed, after which the vessel (10) is moved to deeper water. A static wire is connected to the attachment points on the tower (12), and a guide line (2) is advanced from the forward part of the vessel (10) to a calibrated guide weight (5) and on to the structure, after which towing the field starts. The speed of the vessel (10) is adjusted to the permissible sea state and the hydrodynamic properties of the structure and vessel (10). The direction of propulsion of the vessel (10) is adjusted in relation to the towing direction, so that the vessel (10) has the bow or stern towards the wind and wave direction. Upon arrival at the field, the installation of the structure is started by the winch (13) taking the load off the structure and the static wire (16) being dropped, disconnected from the tower (12) and lowered into the sea. The guide line (2) with the guide weight solder (5) is disconnected from the structure. An installation weight can be connected to the structure by the vessel's crane (10), together with an ROV to manipulate and control the direction of the structure during installation, the winch (13) lowers the structure to the seabed. The structure lands on the sea floor and with the winch (13) the wire (14) is relaxed, disconnected from the structure and lifted up to the vessel (10), the installation weight solder is disconnected from the structure and the installation is complete.
