Abstract

Nærmere bestemt produserer varianten Lupinus Angustifolius de beste resultater, men andre søte Lupinvarianter kan brukes hvis deres bitre alkaloider har blitt lutet ut. De frembrakte produkter har høye nivåer av protein, vitaminer, og andre næringsverdier. Både porsjonsprosesser og kontinuerligprosesser er mulig.
