Abstract
Det er beskrevet en fremgangsmåte for reparasjon og gjenoppretting av dynamisk belastede komponenter omfattende aluminiumlegeringer for luftfartsanvendelser, hvori (a) basismaterialet hvorfra komponenten som skal repareres er fremstilt bestemmes, (b) komponenten som skal repareres blir, om nødvendig, utsatt for forbehandling, (c) et spraymateriale som har kjemiske, fysikalske og mekaniske egenskaper sammenlignbare med de av basismaterialet velges, (d) beleggingsparametrene for det etterfølgende beleggingstrinnet velges slik at bindingen innenfor laget som skal påføres optimaliseres, (e) spraymaterialet påføres på komponenten som skal repareres ved hjelp av kaldgass-spraying for å erstatte materiale som er fjernet ved slitasje og forbehandling, og (f) den belagte komponenten etterbehandles på en slik måte at den opprinnelige komponentgeometrien gjenopprettes. Denne prosessen tillater komponenter for anvendelse innenfor luftfart å gjenopprettes uten at ytterligere prosesstrinn, spesielt termiske prosesstrinn, så som sintring, er nødvendige for dette formålet.
