Abstract
Description
修理すべき構成部品が製造された基材材料を求める段階と、
必要な場合、修理すべき構成部品に予備処理を加える段階と、
基材材料の特性と同等の化学的、物理的且つ機械的特性を有する溶射材料を選択する段階と、
付着されるべき層内の結合が最適化されるように、引き続く被覆処理のための被覆パラメータを選択する段階と、
磨耗及び予備処理によって取り除かれた材料と交換するために、コールド・ガス溶射を使用して修理すべ構成部品に溶射材料を付着させる段階と、
当初の構成部品形状が修復されるようなやり方で被覆された構成部品を後処理する段階とが含まれる。
Claims (23)
- (a)修理すべき構成部品が製造された基材材料を求める段階と、
(b)必要な場合、前記修理すべき構成部品に予備処理を加える段階と、
(c)前記基材材料の特性と同等の化学的、物理的且つ機械的特性を有する溶射材料を選択する段階と、
(d)付着させられるべき層内の結合が最適化されるように、引き続く被覆処理のための被覆パラメータを選択する段階と、
(e)磨耗及び予備処理によって取り除かれた材料と交換するために、コールド・ガス溶射を使用して前記修理すべき構成部品に前記溶射材料を付着させる段階と、
(f)当初の構成部品形状が修復されるようなやり方で被覆された前記構成部品を後処理する段階とを含むことを特徴とする、航空機用途用のアルミニウム合金を備える動的に応力の掛かる構成部品の修理及び修復方法。 - 段階(b)の過程で、前記修理すべき構成部品が浄化処理によって塗料の保護被覆及び溶解性不純物が取り除かれることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 段階(b)の過程で、磨耗した且つ/又は腐食した領域が、磨耗及び腐食の痕跡が最早見えない範囲まで除去されることを特徴とする、請求項1から2までのいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 段階(f)に引き続き、形状及び表面構造に関して前記構成部品の機能的領域に仕上げを行うことを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記加工された表面の最終シーリングが行われることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記加工された表面が、塗料を塗られ、陽極処理され、又はクロメート加工されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記修復された表面が陽極処理されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 陽極酸化がクロム酸又は硫酸内で行われることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の方法。
