Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Reparatur von Einlaufbelägen (12), insbesondere von Einlaufbelägen zur Verwendung in Verdichter- und Turbinenkomponenten, wobei das Verfahren folgende Schritte umfasst: a) Auffüllen einer beschädigten Stelle (10) des Einlaufbelags (12) mit einem Werkstoff (18), dessen Werkstoffzusammensetzung derjenigen des Einlaufbelags (12) entspricht oder mit dieser vergleichbar ist oder dessen Werkstoffeigenschaften mit den Werkstoffeigenschaften des Einlaufbelags (12) vergleichbar sind; b) Trocknen des in die beschädigte Stelle (10) eingefüllten Werkstoffs (18); c) Auftrag einer Diffusionsspenderschicht (20) über den Bereich der beschädigten Stelle (10) und auf den eingefüllten Werkstoff (18); und d) Wärmebehandlung des Einlaufbelags (12) zumindest im Bereich der beschädigten Stelle (10) zur lokalen Eindiffusion von mindestens einem metallischen Element aus der Diffusionsspenderschicht (20) in den eingefüllten Werkstoff (18).
