Abstract

Oppfinnelsen vedrører en fremgangsmåte for utvidelse av måleområdet til en måleinnretning som har en antenne (D) for bestemmelse av en hastighet og/eller en strekning over bakken (G), særlig for et skinnegående kjøretøy (F), på basis av dopplereffekten, og oppfinnelsen vedrører også en måleinnretning som egner seg for gjennomføring av fremgangsmåten. For å kunne måle også lave hastigheter, helt ned til den stasjonære tilstanden, er det sørget for at antennen D kan bevege seg på en oscillerende måte og at hastigheten og/eller strekningen kan bestemmes ved logisk å kombinere et målt signal med et oscillerende signal.
