Abstract

Foreliggende oppfinnelse angår et transkritisk kjølesystem med forbedret ytelse under transkritisk drift, omfattende et strømningskretsløp for resirkulasjon av et kjølemiddel, strømningskretsløpet omfattende en kompressor for generasjon av en kjølemiddelstrømning fra en lavtrykksside til en høytrykksside av kompressoren og, i rekkefølgen definert av strømningsretningen, koblet i serie med en gasskjøler for kjøling av kjølemiddelet mot omgivelsestemperaturen, en første trykkreduserende anordning, slik som en reduksjonsventil som skiller lavtrykkssiden og høytrykkssiden av kompressoren, og en første evaporator for fordamping av kjølemiddelet, feks. i en kjølingsanordning. For å kunne forbedre ytelsen av det transkritiske kjølesystemet under transkritisk drift, er en varmeveksler med en strømningskanal for kjølemiddel koblet inn i strømningskretsløpet mellom gasskjøleren og den trykkreduserende anordningen. Varmeveksleren har også en strømningskanal for varmemedium for en varmemediumstrømning. Strømningskanalen for varmemediet er koblet i serie med en lagringstank for lagring av varmemediet, feks. vann, lagringstanken videre omfattende en andre evaporator koblet i strømningskretsløpet i parallell med den første evaporatoren for kjøling av varmemediet hvorved kjølekapasiteten til systemet som er tilgjengelig ved lave omgivelsestemperaturer, dvs. under subkritisk operasjon av systemet, kan lagres i lagringstanken for senere bruk, slik som for bruk under transkritisk drift av systemet, da systemet uten den lagrede kjølingsevnen ville kjøres med en nedsatt ytelse.
