Abstract

Anordning (10) for utnyttelse av havbølgeenergi og for omforming av denne energien til høytrykkssjøvann, typisk over 7 kp/cm 2 (100 psi) og fordelaktig over 56 kp/cm2 (800 psi). Høytrykkssjøvannet som tilveiebringes med anordningen (10) kan føres i land og brukes for et egnet formål. Anordningen (10) omfatter en flottør (12) i sjøvannsmassen (1) og en pumpe (13) som er drivforbundet med flottøren (12). Pumpen (13) har et inntakskammer (47), et leveringskammer (49) og et stempel (61) mellom inntakskammeret og leveringskammeret (47, 49). Stemplet (61) innbefatter et rør (63) med en strømningspassasje (102) som går mellom inntakskammeret og leveringskammeret (47, 49). Stemplet (61) og leveringskammeret (49) samvirker for dannelse av et pumpekammer (100) utformet til å utvides og reduseres i samsvar med den resiprokerende bevegelse av stemplet. Stemplet (61) er drivforbundet med flottøren (12) slik at det drives når flottøren beveger seg oppover. Pumpen kan ha tiltak for behandling av sjøvannet som den leverer, idet det benyttes en elektrolyttisk prosess som får elektrisk strøm fra en lineær strømgenerator som er inkorporert i pumpen.
