Abstract
Flusskjernetråd for gasskjermet lysbuesveising ifølge den foreliggende oppfinnelsen er dannet ved å fylle et stålrør med flussmiddel der flussmiddelet inneholder, i masseprosent i forhold til totalmassen av tråden, titandioksid: 4,0 til 8,0 masseprosent, alkalimetallfluorid (fluorekvivalent): 0,02 til 0,40 masseprosent, og PTFE (fluorekvivalens): 0,02 til 0,40 masseprosent; fluorekvivalensen til alkalijordmetallfluorid er regulert til 0,01 masseprosent eller mindre; og fluorekvivalensen til alkalimetallfluorid og fluorekvivalensen til PTFE tilfredsstiller følgende uttrykk; (fluorekvivalensen av alkalimetallfluorid) / (fluorekvivalensen av polytetrafluoretylen) < 1, og (fluorekvivalensen av alkalimetallfluorid + 0,35) / (fluorekvivalensen av polytetrafluoretylen) > 1. Ved denne sammensetningen forhindres diffunderbart hydrogen fra å trenge inn i en sveis under lysbuesveising og tråden er utmerket når det gjelder bestandighet mot hygroskopisitet og viser videre god sveiseopererbarhet.
