Abstract
En permanentmagnetrotor (106) for en børsteløs likestrømsmotor som generelt omfatter en ikke-isolert aksel (202) og en permanentmagnet (206) blir i en utførelse formet ved kompaktering av et pulverpermanent-magnetmateriale hovedsakelig om en ikke-isolert aksel (202) av et relativt ikke-komprimerbart materiale ved bruk av dynamiske magnetiske kompakteringsteknikker (DMQ. I andre utførelser består rotoren av en ikke-isolert aksel, en magnetisk kjerne (204) og en permanentmagnet og er formet ved først å kompaktere et pulverkjernemateriale hovedsakelig om den ikke-isolerte akselen (202) av relativt ikke-komprimerbart materiale for å forme en magnetisk kjerne og så kompaktere et pulverpermanentmagnetmateriale hovedsakelig om kjernen for å forme en permanentmagnet, hvor kompakteringen av pulvermaterialene skjer ved hjelp av DMC. Andre utførelser kan være formet ved samtidig kompaktering av et pulverkjernemateriale (204) og et pulverpermanentmagnetmateriale (206) om en ikke-isolert aksel (202) av relativt ikke-komprimerbart materiale ved bruk av DMC-teknikker.
