Abstract

Et dupleks rustfritt stål som inneholder C, Si, Mn, P, S, Al, Ni, Cr, Mo, N (nitrogen), O (oksygen), Ca, Mg, Cu, B, og W og balansen er Fe og forurensninger, hvor et antall oksidbaserte inklusjoner, som har et totalinnhold av Ca og Mg på 20 til 40 vekt-% og også har en lang diameter på ikke mindre enn 7 µm, ikke er mer enn 10 per 1 mm2 av tverrsnittet loddrett på bearbeidelsesretningen, eller videre, antallet oksidbaserte inklusjoner, som har et innhold av S på ikke mindre enn 15 vekt-% og også har en lang diameter på ikke mindre enn 1 µm, er ikke mer enn 10 per 0,1 mm2 av tverrsnittet loddrett på bearbeidelsesretningen. Spesielt er innholdene av Cu, B og W ønskelig henholdsvis 0,2 til 2%, 0,001 til 0,01%, og 0,1 til 4 vekt-%.
