Abstract

Et DAC basert speimingsregulatorsystem for en ikke-flyktig minneanordning omfattende en ladningspumpekrets som har en aktiveringsinngang og en spennings- utgangsnode. En spenning til strøm omformer har en inngang koplet til spennings- utgangsnoden og en utgang koplet til en virtuell jordnode. En strømkilde er koplet til den virtuelle jordnoden og trekker én av flere strømmer i respons på tilstanden til flere digitale iimgangssignaler. En transkonduktansforsterker har en inverterende inngang ved den virtuelle jordnoden, en ikke- inverterende inngang koplet til et referanse- spenningspotensial, og en utgang. En komparator har en første inngang koplet til ut- gangen av transkonduktansforsterkeren, en andre inngang koplet til et referanse- spenningspotensial, og en utgang koplet til aktiveringsinngangen på nevnte ladnings- piunpe.
