Abstract
I en fremgangsmåte og innretning for å gjenvinne høyfrekvensinnholdet for et bredbåndssignal som på forhånd er nedsamplet under koding, og for under dekoding å injisere dette høyfrekvensinnholdet i en oversamplet syntetisert versjon av bredbåndssignalet for å produsere et fullspektrumsyntetisert bredbåndssignal, produserer en hvitstøygenerator en hvitstøysekvens. En serielt forbundet forsterkningsinnstillingsenhet, spektralformer og båndpassfilter former spektralt hvitstøysekvensen i henhold til et sett av formingsparametere som er representative for det nedsamplede bredbåndssignalet, slik som en stemmingsfaktor, en energiskaleringsfaktor, en hellingsskaleringsfaktor og lineærprediksjonsfilterkoeffisienter. En signalinjiseringskrets injiserer til slutt den spektralformede hvitstøysekvensen i den oversamplede syntetiserte signalversjonen for derved å produsere det fullspektrumsyntetiserte bredbåndssignalet.
