Abstract

Høyfast, sømløst stålrør med høy seighet, for anvendelse i en transportledning, inneholder 0,03 til 0,06 % C, 0,05 til 0,15 % Si, 1,6 til 2,0 % Mn, 0,010 til 0,10 % Al, 0,3 til 0,7 % Ni, 0,10 til 0,40 % Mo, 0,01 til 0,06 % V, 0,003 til 0,03 % Nb, 0,003 til 0,020 % Ti og 0,0010 til 0,0100 % N, idet ligningene Mo + 5V > 0,4 % og 2 Nb - V < 0 % er tilfredsstilt, og balansen utgjøres av Fe og uunngåelige urenheter. Med oppfinnelsen tilveie-bringes høyfaste sømløse stålrør med høy seighet for anvendelse i en transportrørledning, med fasthet og seighet stabilt sikret i henhold til grad X80, og tilsiktet fasthet kan lett oppnås uavhengig av rørstørrelsen.
