Abstract

Foreliggende oppfinnelse beskriver fremgangsmåter for å fjerne uønsket amidmonomerforbindelse fra et polyamid- eller polymerisert polyamidpreparat ved en pH på ca. 2 til mindre enn 6 ved å omdanne amidmonomeren til den korres- ponderende syrforbindelsenen under anvendelse av en ren kultur av en innført mikroorganismestamme som er i stand til å omdanne en amidgruppe til en syre- gruppe.
