Description
Ventil for innblåsing eller utsugning av luft til henholdsvis fra lokaler.
Foreliggende oppfinnelse vedrører en
ventil for innblåsning eller utsugning av
luft til henholdsvis fra lokaler, bestående
av en i tak eller vegger innfelt rektangulær
rørstuss som omfatter en eller flere rektangulære seksjoner.
Ved ventilasjons- og luftkondisjoner-ingsanlegg er det ofte ønskelig å kunne
endre retningen av den luftstrøm som blå-ses inn i lokalet. Hittil har innblåsnings-ventiler enten vært utformet som et gitter
bestående av en ramme med på tvers over
rammeåpningen anbragte plater som rettes
således at luftstrømmen gjennom gitteret
spres vifteformet, eller også har ventilerne
vært utført innstillbar ved at platene er
utformet som spjellblad, som er svingbart
forbunnet langs med sin ene kant. Ved denne siste utformning av platene kan innblås-ningsretningen varieres innen vide grenser
og den gir også ensidig eller dobbeltsidig
innblåsning, dvs. innblåsning på den ene
eller på begge sider av spjellbladene. Disse
sistnevnte kjente typer av innblåsnings-gittere har imidlertid den ulempe at spjellbladene må innstilles individuelt for hvert
innblåsningsalternativ, hvilket i praksis in-nebærer at spjellbladene stilles inn én gang
for alle ved monteringen. Senere foretas
der ingen omstillinger da dette er for om-stendelig. En annen ulempe mot kjente
blåseventiler er at luftstrømmens retning
gjennom ventilen er bestemt av konstruksjonen. Vil man eksempelvis i stedet suge
luften ut gjennom ventilen, må denne er-stattes med en ventil som er konstruert for
den motsatte strømningsretning av luften, bl.a. av hensyn til lydnivået.
Formålet med oppfinnelsen er å opp-nå en enkel omstilling av luftstrømmen fra ventilen og ved en enkel manipulasjon kunne tilpasse konstruksjonen for en end-ret strømningsretning gjennom ventilen. Dette oppnås med en ventil med de i pa-tentpåstand 1 angitte trekk.
Oppfinnelsen skal nu beskrives nær-mere i tilslutning til tegningen, på hvil-ken fig. 1 viser et snitt av en innblåsnings-ventil, fig. 2 viser et snitt av en utsugningsventil og fig. 3 innblåsningsventilen ifølge fig. 1 sett forfra". Ventilen ifølge fig. 1, 2 og 3 består av en i tak eller vegg inn-felte rørstuss 1, som har rektangulært tverrsnitt og en inn mot lokalet vendt åpning 2. I denne rørstuss er et sentralt legeme 3 anordnet svingbart om en til luft-strømmen vinkelrett akse 4. Legemet 3 er utformet med et tverrsnitt som oppviser en mot luftstrømmen vendt avsmalnende og avrundet ende 5 og en fra luftstrømmen vendt bred og på tvers avskåret ende 6. I rørstussens indre er der på to motstående sidevegger anordnet vulster 9, hvis tverrsnitt danner mot hinannen vendende, konvekst buete flater således at der opp-står en venturispalte 7 i rørstussens midte. Ved å svinge legemet 3 om aksen 4 kan luftpassasjene mellom legemet og venturi-spaltens begrensningsflater gis varierende bredde og retning. Luftstrømmen kan av-bøyes i vinkler mellom 0—180° fra åpnin-gens 2 plan. Innblåsningen kan dessuten skje enkeltsidig eller dobbeltsidig alt etter om luften tillates å passere på den ene eller på begge sider av legemet 3. Fig. 1 viser det sentrale legemes stilling ved en enkeltsidig innblåsning fra en veggmontert ventil. Innblåsningsventilen kan med lett-het endres til en utsugningsventil ved at legemet 3 tas ut gjennom åpningen 2 fra den på fig. 1 viste stilling og innføres gjennom rørstussens annen åpning 8, således at dets avsmalehde ende 5 bibeholder sin orientering mot luftstrømmen. For at luft-strømmen og spredning fra innblåsningsventilen skal tilsvare ventilasjonsbehovet, kan der i venturispalten anbringes et for hvert tilfelle formålstjenlig utformet legeme 3. Gjennom å anordne det sentrale legeme på en gjennomgående aksel, kan det lett skiftes ut eller vendes.
Ved en alternativ utførelse kan det sentrale legeme forskyves parallelt med luftstrømmens hovedretning, således at og-så den gjennom ventilen strømmende luft endres. Også en bevegelse av det sentrale legeme vinkelrett til luftstrømmen kan komme på tale, hvis det er ønskelig å bibeholde den totale mengde luft som strøm-mer gjennom og bibeholde luftens retning, men det er ønskelig å endre luftmengden på den ene eller annen side av legemet. Ved disse alternative utførelser forutsettes det dog at akslen er bevegelig parallelt seg selv.
Claims (2)
1. Ventil for innblåsning eller utsugning av luft til henholdsvis fra lokaler, bestående av en i tak eller vegg innfelt rektangulær rørstuss (1) som omfatter en eller flere rektangulære seksjoner, karakterisert ved at vulster (9) hvis tverrsnitt danner mot hinannen vendende, konvekst buede flater, anordnet på to mot hinannen vendte sider av og utgjør indre begrensningsflater for den rektangulære rørstuss, således at seksjonens tverrsnitt danner en venturieformet spalte (7), og at et sentralt legeme (3) er svingbart anordnet i spal-ten om en med vulstenes (9) sylinderakser parallell akse (4), således at der dannes luftpassasjer med innstillbar bredde og retning mellom det sentrale legeme og ven-turispaltens begrensningsflater ved at legemet svinges om sin akse.
2. Ventil i henhold til påstand 1, karakterisert ved at det sentrale legeme har et tverrsnitt som viser en mot luftstrømmen vendt avsmalnende og avrundet ende (5) og en fra luftstrømmen vendt bred og på tvers avskåret ende (6), idet sistnevnte er anordnet til i en første grensestilling å ligge an mot den ene av de sylinderdelformede vulsters bakkant, sett i luftstrømmens retning, og i en annen grensestilling ligge an mot den motstående sylinderdelformede vulsts bakkant.
