Description
Foreliggende oppfinnelse vedrører et tetningsprofil i henhold til innledningen av krav 1.
Tetningsrammene for et segment av betong, stål, armert betong eller støpejern består i det minste av fire sammensatte tetningsprofiler (profilbånd), idet ramme-hjørnene fortrinnsvis er fremstilt ved sprøytestøpning. Selve tetningsprofilene oppviser i det minste i lengderetningen parallelt forløpende rillespor. Spesielt virksomme med hensyn til tetningsfunksjon er profilbånd som har i lengderetningen parallelt forløpende rillespor og kanaler (DE-C-28 33 345, NO-A-85 5376, NO-A-86 2620). Særdeles viktig er den spesielle anordning av segmentene i tunnel-bygning etter foringsmetoden. Ofte er det tilstrekkelig at hvert segment oppviser en tetningsramme. Under spesielle omstendigheter kan det imidlertid være nødvendig å forsyne hvert segment med en dobbelt tetningsramme.
Det blir stadig mer vanlig å bygge store tunnelpro-sjekter på ekstreme dyp. For tiden befinner jernbanefor-bindelsen mellom Frankrike og Storbritannia seg i sin begynnelsesfase. Pa sitt dypeste sted vil tunnelrørene befinne seg 100 m under vannflaten. Ytterligere prosjekter av denne art er under planlegning.
Dette forutsetter at elastomerprofilene for segmentene har en absolutt sikker tetningsfunksjon med lang levetid selv ved stor forskyvning mellom segmentene.
Det er således oppfinnelsens oppgave å tilveiebringe tetningsprofiler som kan tilfredsstille de strengeste krav. Denne oppgave løses som angitt i karakteristikken av krav 1 .
Tidligere har man alltid gått ut fra at kanalene må være forskjøvet i forhold til rillesporene i tetningsprofilene for å gi god tetning. Med anordningen av kanalene ifølge oppfinnelsen i forbindelse med de to profiltyper som er angitt i henholdsvis krav 1 og krav 2, blir denne formodning på overraskende måte motbevist.
Oppfinnelsen skal beskrives nærmere i det følgende under henvisning til de utførelseseksempler som er skjematisk vist på vedføyede tegninger.
Fig. 1 viser et snitt gjennom to tilgrensende segmenter med overforliggende tetningsprofiler ifølge oppfinnelsen, og
fig. 2 viser en annen utførelsesform av et tet-ningsprof il .
Ifølge fig. 1 skal fugen 1 (langsgående eller tversgående fuge) mellom to tilgrensende segmenter 2, 3 tettes. For dette formål blir det i utsparingene 4, 5 innsatt tetningsprofiler 6, 7 av gummi eller gummilignende materiale.
Hvert av de mot hverandre liggende tetningsprofiler oppviser to bueformede rillespor 8, 9 i profilets baisside. Over de to rillespor er det uten forskyvning anordnet to kanaler 10, 11 med sirkelformet tverrsnitt. Med denne spesielle utformning blir det selv ved bruk av et relativt lite tetningsprofil oppnådd en høy tetningsvirkning, og dette skjer selv ved en forskyvning X mellom segmentene.
Fig. 2 viser et tetningsprofil 20 med fire bueformede rillespor 21, 22, 23, 24 og fire i tverrsnitt halvsirkel-formede kanaler 25, 26, 27, 28, som alle er anordnet direkte overfor rillesporene. Den bueformede del av kanalene vender her mot ryggen 29 av profilet.
I de viste tetningsprofiler oppviser kanalene kun én enkelt grunngeometri (f.eks. halvsirkelformet) i ett og samme profil. Imidlertid er det også mulig å benytte en kombinasjon av forskjellige former. Således kan f.eks. de ytre kanaler 25, 28 i tetningsprofilet 20 ifølge fig. 2 ha sirkelformet tverrsnitt.
Claims (6)
1. Tetningsprofil av gummi eller gummilignende materiale for tunnelsegmenter (2, 3) forsynt med en rundtgående utsparing (4, 5), hvor profilet (6, 7; 20) på basissiden har et antall i lengderetningen parallelt forløpende rillespor (8, 9; 21 - 24) og et antall i lengderetningen parallelt forløpende kanaler (10, 11; 25 - 28), hvilke kanaler hovedsakelig ligger i ett plan, karakterisert ved at antallet av rillespor (8, 9; 21 - 24) er større eller lik to, at antallet av kanaler (10, 11; 25 - 28) er lik antallet av rillespor, og at samtlige kanaler (10, 11; 25 - 28) ligger direkte over hvert sitt rillespor (8, 9; 21 - 24).
2. Tetningsprofil ifølge krav 1, karakterisert ved at kanalene (10, 11; 25 - 28) har tverrsnitt av sirkulær, oval eller halvsirkulær form.
3. Tetningsprofil ifølge krav 1 eller 2, karakterisert ved at ved halvsirkulær form av kanalene (25 - 28) er den bueformede del vendt mot profilets (20) rygg (29).
4. Tetningsprofil ifølge krav 1-3, karakterisert ved at rillesporenes (8, 9; 21 - 24) antall er høyst lik seks.
5. Tetningsprofil ifølge krav 1 eller 2, karakterisert ved at rillesporenes (8, 9) antall er lik to, og at kanalene (10, 11) har sirkelformet tverrsnitt.
6. Tetningsprofil ifølge krav 1-3, karakterisert ved at rillesporenes (21 - 24) antall er lik fire, og at kanalene (25 - 28) har halvsirkelformet tverrsnitt, hvor den bueformede del av kanalene vender mot profilets rygg (29).
