Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft ein Dichtungsprofil aus elastomerem Werkstoff für mit einer umlaufenden Nut versehene Tunnel-Segmente, das an seiner Basisseite in Längsrichtung verlaufende offene oder geschlossene Rillennuten sowie zumeist ebenfalls in Längsrichtung verlaufende Kanäle aufweist.
- Die Dichtungsrahmen eines Segmentes aus Beton, Stahl, Stahlbeton oder Gußeisen bestehen zumeist aus vier zusammengesetzten strangförmigen Dichtungsprofilen (Profilbänder) aus elastomerem Werkstoff, d.h. aus Gummi oder gummiähnlichem Kunststoff, wobei die Rahmenecken vorzugsweise nach dem Injection-Molding-Verfahren hergestellt werden. Von besonderer Bedeutung ist der Tunnelbau in Tübbing-Bauweise mit spezieller Anordnung der Segmente. Häufig genügt es, wenn jedes Segment einen Dichtungsrahmen aufweist. Unter besonderen Umständen kann es jedoch erforderlich werden, jedes Segment mit einem Doppeldichtungsrahmen zu versehen, wobei die beiden parallel verlaufenden Dichtungsrahmen mit einem zusätzlichen Dichtungsquerprofil (EP-A-0 337 177) miteinander verbunden sein können. Die Dichtungsprofile bzw. Dichtungsrahmen befinden sich meistens in einer entsprechenden Nut (Nuttiefe d, Nutbreite w) des Tunnel-Segmentes. Unter Einwirkung einer Kraft verringert sich der Spaltabstand zweier Tunnel-Segmente von So (Abstand im unbelasteten Zustand) auf S₁ (Abstand im belasteten Zustand). Dadurch werden die beiden gegenüberliegenden Elastomerprofile zusammengepreßt, was die Abdichtung des Spaltes zur Folge hat (EP-A-0 441 250, Fig. 1).
- Das erste Dichtungsprofil für Tunnel-Segmente wurde 1968 für den Elbtunnel in Hamburg entwickelt, wobei das Elastomerprofil vier Rillennuten aufwies. Bei diesem weltweit ersten Tunnelprojekt, bei dem Dichtungsprofile zum Einsatz kamen, bestanden die Segmente aus Gußeisen (World Tunnelling, 12/1989, Seite 459, Fig. 6). Bei späteren Tunnelprojekten in Kontinentaleuropa, Asien, Nord- und Südamerika sowie in Nordafrika wurden in zunehmenden Maße Segmente aus Beton eingesetzt. Die hierfür entwickelten Dichtungsprofile waren zumeist mit Rillennuten und Kanälen versehen (DE-U-78 22 476, DE-C-28 33 345, GB-B-2 178 114, EP-A-0 255 600, EP-A-0 306 796, EP-A-0 368 174, EP-A-0 414 137).
- Bislang werden die Dichtungsrahmen innerhalb der Segmentnut verklebt, so daß die Aufgabe der Erfindung nun darin besteht, die Dichtungsprofile ohne Einsatz eines Spezialklebers sicher zu verankern. Gelöst wird diese Aufgabe durch das Kennzeichen des Anspruchs 1.
- Besonders zweckmäßig ist es, wenn das Dichtungsprofil lediglich einen einzigen Haltefuß, der sich in der Mitte der Basisseite befindet, aufweist.
- Die Erfindung wird nun anhand eines Ausführungsbeispiels unter Bezugnahme auf schematische Zeichnungen erläutert. Es zeigen:

- Nach Fig. 1 weist das Tunnel-Segment (1) mit der umlaufenden Nut (2; Tiefe d, Breite w) eine zusätzliche umlaufende Verankerungsnut (3; Tiefe d', Breite w') auf. In die Nut (2) wird nun das Dichtungsprofil (4) aus elastomerem Werkstoff eingesetzt, wobei der erfindungsgemäße Haltefuß (5) in die Verankerungsnut (3) eingeklemmt bzw. eingedrückt wird.
- Nach Fig. 2 besitzt das Dichtungsprofil (4) an seiner Basisseite (6) zwei offene Rillennuten (7, 8) sowie zum Profilrücken (9) hin drei Kanäle (10, 11, 12). Der in der Mitte der Basisseite (6) angeordnete Haltefuß (5) ist mit Klemmrippen (13, 14) versehen. Im übergangsbereich (15) von Dichtkörper und Haltefuß (5) ist ein weiterer Kanal (16) vorhanden, der im unbelasteten Zustand zu 20 bis 40 % (hier etwa 25 %) seiner Gesamthöhe h in den Haltefuß (5) eintaucht.
- Anstelle der offenen Rillennuten (7, 8) kann das Dichtungsprofil auch geschlossene Rillennuten (GB-A-2 017 194, EP-A-0 414 617) aufweisen.
- Die Rahmenecken des Haltefußes (5) werden zweckmäßigerweise nach dem Injection-Molding-Verfahren hergestellt.
Claims (4)
- Dichtungsprofil (4) aus elastomerem Werkstoff für mit einer umlaufenden Nut (2) versehene Tunnel-Segmente (1), dasa) an seiner Basisseite (6) in Längsrichtung verlaufende offene oder geschlossene Rillennuten (7, 8) sowieb) zumeist ebenfalls in Längsrichtung verlaufende Kanäle (10, 11, 12) aufweist,dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßc) das Dichtungsprofil (4) an seiner Basisseite (6) wenigstens einen in Längsrichtung verlaufenden Haltefuß (5) besitzt, der in einer zusätzlichen umlaufenden Verankerungsnut (3) einsitzt, wobeid) im Übergangsbereich (15) von Dichtkörper und Haltefuß (5) ein längsverlaufender Kanal (16) vorhanden ist, der im unbelasteten Zustand 20 bis 40 % seiner Gesamthöhe h in den Haltefuß (5) eintaucht.
- Dichtungsprofil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein einziger Haltefuß (5) vorhanden ist, der sich in der Mitte der Basisseite (6) befindet.
- Dichtungsprofil nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Haltefuß (5) Klemmrippen (13, 14) aufweist.
- Dichtungsprofil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rahmenecken des Haltefußes (5) nach dem Injection-Molding-Verfahren hergestellt werden.
