Description

Apparat for kopiering og gravering, spesielt for anbringelse på tverrsleden i pinoldreiebenker.
Den foreliggende oppfinnelse angår et
apparat for kopiering og gravering, spesielt for anbringelse på tverrsleden i pinoldreiebenker, med en dobbeltpanograf som samvirker med en fast sjablon, mens det annet leddparallellogram er forbundet med verktøyet.
Hensikten med oppfinnelsen er å til-veiebringe et særlig effektivt apparat av denne art, ved hjelp av hvilket man kan tilvirke arbeidsstykker med hvilkensom-helst omkretsform, spesielt underskjærin-ger eller serieartikler.
Apparatet ifølge oppfinnelsen karak-teriseres ved at det første leddparallellogram har et fastpunkt på en plate, på hvilken en første sleide styres, og tjener til styring av en tversgående annen sleide, som er leddet forbundet med dels det før-ste leddparallellogram og dels med det annet leddparallellogram, hvis langside som bærer føleren, er parallell med den annen sleide.
Andre trekk ved apparatet vil bli for-klart i det følgende under henvisning til tegningen, som viser apparatet sett oven-fra med de nærliggende deler av en pinol-dreiebenk antydet ved strekpunkterte lin-jer.
Apparatet omfatter en sleide 1, som er
U-formet og løper på dreiebenkens tverr-slede 2. Sleiden 1 styres på en frontplate 3, som er leddet forbundet med det ene ledd-punkt 4 i et leddparallellogram 5, som er
anordnet over frontplaten 3 og forløper
skrått i forhold til denne. Den er forlenget og er med enden av forlengelsen 7 leddet forbundet med en leddstang 9 som bærer føl-eren 10 og som danner den ene langside i et annet leddparallellogram 11,
beliggende under det første leddparallellogram 5 og forløpende tilnærmelsesvis pa-rallelt med dreiebenkens lengdeakse.
Det annet leddparallellogram 11 er med endene av sine to langsider 9, 9' leddet forbundet med henholdsvis de ene vinkel-armer hvis ene armer 14, 15 således danner kortsidene i leddparallellogrammet 11, mens deres andre armer 18, 19 med sine ytterender er leddet forbundet ved 20, 21 med en annen sleide 22, som i sin ene ende bærer en verktøyholder 23. Denne verk-tøy-bærende sleide 22 løper langs den
førstnevnte sleide 1 i dennes lengderetning.
Den førstnevnte sleide 1 løper på sin side vinkelrett på den verktøy-bærende sleide 22 og beveger seg sammen med denne når
apparatet settes i bevegelse ved hjelp av
føleren 10 over de forbundne leddparallello-grammer 5, 11.
Ved hjelp av apparatet ifølge oppfinnelsen kan det fremstilles f. eks. maskindeler med en hvilken som helst omkretsform, og spesielt underskj æringer eller serieartikler.
Den verktøy-bærende sleide 22 er for-synt med et fremskytende anlegg 24 med et roterbart hode 25, som er innrettet til å styre samt fastholde i enhver ønsket stil-ling den ene langside 26 i det første leddparallellogram 5.
Størrelsesforholdet mellom modellen 27 og arbeidsstykket 28 kan varieres ved regulerbar forskyvning av kortsidene 29, 6 i forhold til langsidene 26, 30, og ved regulerbar forskyvning av langsidene i forhold til anlegget 24.
Apparatet har i praksis vist seg å være meget nøyaktig og effektivt og muliggjør fremstilling av maskindeler som i form svarer til modellen 27 (sjablon, mal).

Claims (4)

1. Apparat for kopiering og gravering, spesielt for anbringelse på tverr-sleden i pinoldreiebenker, med en dobbeltpanto-graf, av hvilken det ene leddparallellogram bærer føleren, som samvirker med en fast sjablon, mens det annet leddparallellogram er forbundet med verktøyet, karakterisert ved at det første leddparallellogram (5) har et fastpunkt (4) på en plate (3), på hvilken en første sleide (1) styres, og tjener til styring av en tverrsgående annen sleide (22), som er leddet forbundet med dels det første parallellogram (5) og dels med det annet leddparallellogram (11) hvis langside (9), som bærer føleren (10), er parallell med den annen sleide (22).
2. Apparat ifølge påstand 1, karakterisert ved at den første sleide (1) har U-form, på hvis tverrdel den annen sleide (22) styres.
3. Apparat ifølge påstand 1 eller 2, karakterisert ved at leddpunktet (25) mellom den annen sleide (22) og det før-ste leddparallellogram (5) kan forskyves og fastholdes langs en parallellogramside (26).
4. Apparat ifølge en av de foregående påstander, karakterisert ved at det annet parallellograms (11) kortsider (14, 15) er vinkelformet.
