Oppfinnelsen angår en lukkekapsel
for flasker og andre beholdere med munningsvulst av den art som har en sikkerhets- eller forsterkningsring, som ved lukning føres ned omkring kapselskj ørtet som griper utenom munningsvulsten, og som i påkapslet stilling befinner seg ut for en innvendig kapselvulst som griper inn under munningsvulsten, og hvilken ring kan bestå av et materiale som f. eks. polystyren, som vil sprenges og varig deformeres ved avtagning av kapslen.
Det er ved disse lukkekapsler en ulempe at ringen har en tendens til fra lukkestillingen å gli opp langs kapselskj ørtet, hvorved kapslens effektivitet går tapt.

Ringens skarpe, innadrettede kant kan ved en spesiell utformning av lukkekapslen ifølge oppfinnelsen befinne seg ut for midten av ringtverrsnittet, hvorved ringens klemvirkning på kapselskj ørtet sam-les i nærheten av den skarpe kant, som derved i lukkestillingen kan skjære seg inn i kapselmaterialet og hindre at ringen glir tilbake opp langs- skjørtet..

Selve doren har ingen bevegelige deler. Den beveges bare loddrett i forhold til flasken, etter at kapslen er løst påsatt denne, og ringen igjen er løst påsatt kapslen.
På tegningen er vist tre forskjellige utførelsesformer for lukkekapslen ifølge oppfinnelsen. Fig. 1 og 2 viser i snitt en del av et kapsellukke i dens enkleste utførelsesform, henholdsvis før og etter påkapslingen. Fig. 3 og 4 viser en annen lukkekapsel under forskjellige stadier av påkapslingen. Fig. 5 viser en del av kapslen i påkapslet stand, Fig. 6 og 7 viser tilsvarende snitt av en tredje lukkekapsel, henholdsvis før og etter påkapslingen, og Fig. 8 og 9 viser samme lukkekapsel sett fra siden i mindre målestokk, henholdsvis før og etter påkapslingen.
Kapslen består av en skive 1, som er støpt i ett stykke med et nedadrettet skjørt 2, f. eks. av polyethylen. Skjørtet har nedentil en innvendig, omløpende vulst 3 og nedenfor denne en utadrettet forlengelse 4.
Før eller under påkapslingen føres en sikkerhets- eller forsterkningsring 5 av polystyren eller et annet skjørt, men allike-vel sterkt materiale, ned på skjørtet 2, omtrent til den på fig. 1 viste stilling.
Deretter settes kapslen løst på en flaskemunningsvulst 6, og det hele føres ned på plass på denne, som vist på fig. 2, hvor ringen 5 hviler mot et omløpende anslag 18. Til påkapslingen kan anvendes en kapslingsdor eller et annet lukkeverktøy. Vulsten 3, som under påsetning og påkapsling er glidd ned over munningsvulsten 6, blir ved påkapslingen som følge av nedføringen av ringen 5 til den på fig. 2 viste stilling ut for vulsten 3, trykket mot undersiden av munningsvulsten med et trykk som er nesten like stort som det trykk hvormed ringen' 5 trykker mot skjørtet. Ringen har under den første del av sin bevegelse klemt forlengelsen 4 nedover omkring flaskehalsen 7, hvorved den nederste del av vulsten 3 er svinget innover mot flasken til kompresjon av skjørtematerialet og dermed økning av trykket mot behol-deren.
I den påkapslede stilling vil den hårde ring 5 med en innover oppadrettet, skarp kant 8 ved ringens minste diameter, danne en nedtrykning i det bløte skjørt 2, hvorved ringen 5 hindres i å krype tilbake oppover skjørtet. Kanten 8 behøver ikke å være ubrutt. Den kan være avrundet og f. eks. være oppdelt i et antall tenner, som alle peker oppover og innover. Ringens nedre innvendige krumning 19 letter ringens passasje ned over skjørtet 2. Flasken 7 av-
kapsles ved at man fører en finger eller en
kapselåpner ned under forlengelsen 4, eller under ringen 5, og foretar en løftebeve-gelse, hvorved ringen sprenges, og kapslen atter antar den på fig. 1 viste form og lett kan tas av flasken.
Hvis det er et overtrykk i det indre av flasken, vil det gi kapslen en tendens tu å anta tønneform, hvorved imidlertid kanten 8 bare vil bite seg ennu bedre fast i kapselskj ørtet 2 og dermed hindre at ringen 5 kan krype oppover dette.
Ringen 5 tjener ikke bare til å for-sterke fastholdelsen av kapslen på flasken, men da den med sikkerhet vil sprenges første gang kapslen tas av flasken, tjener den også ved sitt nærvær som en garanti for at flasken ikke tidligere har vært åp-net, hvilket forøvrig ikke hindrer at kapslen uten ring kan anvendes som et fler-gangs lukke. Det har da bare ikke den samme store lukke-evne, som da det var forsynt med forsterkningsringen.
Ringen 5 behøver forøvrig ikke å bestå av et skjørt materiale. Dette kan godt være seigt når det bare samtidig er varig deformerbart. En aluminiumsring vil så-ledes yte en god forsterkning. Ved avkaps-lingen vil den varig deformeres, og selv om den ikke sprenges, vil den ha utvidet seg så meget at den er uegnet til fornyet bruk.
For at forsterkningsringen 5 ikke skal svinge forlengelsen 4 ned mot veggen av flasken 7, før vulsten 3 er nådd helt ned under munningsvulsten 6, kan man gi forlengelsen 4 en konisk flate 9 til samvirk-ning med en innvendig skråflate 10 på ringen 5, som vist på fig. 3—5, hvor det også er vist en kapslingsdor 11 med anslagsflate 12 og skuldre 13 og 14.
Flasken 7 føres i dette tilfelle med påsatt kapsel og ring opp i den faststående dor 11. Derved blir ringen 5 av skulderen 14 ført ned over skjørtet 2, og forlengelsens 4 anslag 18 føres av skulderen 13 ned mot flasken 7.
Umiddelbart før påkapslingen er av-sluttet, er vulsten 3 som vist på fig. 4, trådt inn under munningsvulsten 6, idet ringen 5 ved friksjon mot skjørtet 2 har trukket kapslen på plass på munningsvulsten 6, ennu før anslaget 12 ved sitt trykk mot skiven 1 avslutter påkapslingen.
Samtidig med at dette skjer, trer ringen 5 med sin plane innerside 10 mot den koniske flate 9 av forlengelsen 4 med et smekk, hvorved forlengelsen 4 klemmes inn i den på fig. 5 viste stilling. Ved dette smekk, blir derfor materialet i vulsten 3 komprimert og vil derved øke tettheten mellom vulsten 3 og undersiden av munningsvulsten 6.
Den på fig. 6—9 viste lukkekapsel har i upåvirket tilstand den på fig. 6 og 8 viste form. Forlengelsen 4 er ved et antall inn-skjæringer 15 oppdelt i tunger 16, som letter nedtrykningen av forlengelsen 4 omkring flasken, uten at det oppstår kompresjon i tangential retning av noen av forlengelsens 4 deler.
Ringen 5 har på fig. 6—9 i hovedsaken kvadratisk tverrsnitt, og den skrått opp-adrettede kant 8, som hindrer ringen i å føres tilbake opp langs skjørtet 2, befinner seg omtrent ut for midten av ringen. For å lette ringens nedføring over skjørtet, er den jevnt avrundet nedentil ved 19.
Ringen 5 har på oversiden en utskjær-ing 17, slik at man med en mekanisk føler kan sikre at ringen blir satt på kapslen med den riktige side opp.
Det vil særlig sees av fig. 7 at det trykk, hvormed forsterkningsringen 5 øker trykket av vulsten 3 mot den med en punktert linje på fig. 7 viste flaskehals 7, i særlig grad tilveiebringes ved at materialet i forlengelsen 4 svinges inn og komprimerer vulsten 3.
Det sees også av fig. 7 og 9 at tungene 16 i påkapslet stilling har større største-diameter enn forsterkningsringen 5, hvorved tungene vil oppta siderettede støt og slag, slik at ringen skjermes og dermed bevares mot utilsiktet ødeleggelse. vulsten, og som i påkapslet stilling befinner seg ut for en innvendig kapselvulst som griper inn under munningsvulsten, og hvilken ring består av et materiale som vil
sprenges eller varig deformeres ved avtagning av kapslen, karakterisert ved at ringen (5) ved sin minste diameter har en skrått innover oppadrettet skarp kant (8) med en kantvinkel mellom ringens
indre flate og den skarpe kants (8) topp-flate, som er vesentlig mindre enn 90°, eller en rekke av tenner med tilsvarende kantvinkel, og at ringen (5) på kjent måte er jevnt avrundet nedentil på innersiden (19).
2. Lukkekapsel som angitt i påstand 1, karakterisert ved at den skarpe innadrettede kant (8) av ringen (5) befinner seg ut for midten av ringtverrsnittet. 3. Lukkekapsel som angitt i påstand 2, karakterisert ved at en utoverret-tet forlengelse (4) av skjørtet i påkapslet stilling har en større største diameter enn sikkerhets- og forsterkningsringen (5). 4. Kapslingsdor til påsetning av den i påstand 1, 2 eller 3 angitte kapsel på en beholder, karakterisert ved at doren (11) har to skuldre (13) og (14) som hver har en slik avstand fra dorens anslagsflate (12) at den øvre skulder (14) vil fastholde ringen (5) inntil kapslens koniske flate (9) er trådt inn i den, mens den annen skulder (13) letter flaten (9) i å tre inn i ringen ved samtidig å tvinge skjørtforlengelsen (4) innover slik at kap-selvulsten (3) trykkes inn under munningsvulsten (6).
