Description
Ensrettingsanordning for åpningsnøkler for esker og bokser.
Oppfinnelsen angår en ensrettingsanordning for åpningsnøkler for esker og
bokser, hvilke åpningsnøklers hode bare
strekker seg til to sider, ved hvilken anordning man betjener seg av skråstillede, nær
hinannen liggende parallelle føringslister
som nøklehodene henger på under vandring nedad føringslistene. I motsetning til
spiker f. eks. som har et hode som raker
ut til alle sider av spikerskaftet, opptrer
der ved åpningsnøkler med et hode som
ligger i ett plan spesielle problem som det
er oppfinnelsens hensikt å løse på en enkel
måte.
Ensrettingsanordningen etter oppfinnelsen karakteriseres ved at det under
listenes topp, i en avstand som er mindre
enn åpningsnøklens lengde, er anordnet
en bunn, slik at nøklene under vandringen
nedad støtter seg til bunnen, liggende i
skråstilling i forhold til vertikalen og her-under får tilstrekkelig støtte til å unngå
at nøklenes hoder vrir seg og faller ned
av føringslistene, og at nevnte bunn på
et kort parti er fjernet slik at nøklene der
får anledning til å falle ned i vertikalstilling, slik at når nøklene igjen føres inn
på bunnen legger alle seg med hodet i
vandringsretningen, mens de tidligere
vandret med hodet dels foran og dels bak.

forklart under henvisning til tegningen.
Fig. 1 viser ensrettingsbanen, sett fra
siden med tre tversnitt a, b og c inntegnet
og fig. 2 viser en vanlig åpningsnøkkel.
Fra en nøkkeltrommel (ikke vist) fø-res nøklene uordnet ned i en avløpsrenne 8, som er utformet av vesentlig U-formet tverrsnitt med avspisset bunnform. Denne form på rennen gir nøkkelskaftene en god styring, slik at nøklene faller til ro med nøkkeløyet liggende plant i skråplanet. Fra avløpsrennen føres så nøklehodene over på to nær hinannen liggende, skrå føringslis-ter 11, som i eksemplet består av kantene av en smal renne 10. Denne renne 10 er utstyrt med en bunn 15, som ligger i en vertikal avstand fra rennens topp som pr mindre enn nøklenes lengde. Nøklene stil-ler seg derfor i skråstilling i forhold til vertikalen, og støtter seg mot bunnen 15, og de får tilstrekkelig støtte til å hindre at nøklene vrir seg og faller ned. I rennen blir imidlertid nøklene liggende snart med hodet foran og snart med hodet bak skaftdelen, og de må derfor ensrettes, slik at alle nøklene blir liggende på samme måte med hodet foran skaftdelen. For å oppnå dette er rennens bunn 15 på et kort parti 12 sløyfet og her faller nøklene ned i vertikalstilling og når de så igjen føres inn på bunnen 14 blir de alle liggende likt med hodet foran. Denne del av bunnen på dette parti i vandringsretningen nærmer seg mer og mer til rennetoppen 11, slik at skrålegningen av nøklene skjer suksessivt. Dette parti av føringsrennen dannes i eksemplet av en smal renne 13 hvis øvre kan-ter danner føringslistene 11.
Claims (4)
1. Ensrettingsanordning for åpnings-nøkler, for esker og bokser, hvis hoder hoder vesentlig bare strekker seg ut til to sider, ved hvilken anordning man betjener seg av skråstillede, nær hinannen liggende parallelle føringslister, som nøkkelhodene henger på under vandring nedad førings-listene, karakterisert ved at det under listenes (11) topp i en vertikal avstand som er mindre enn nøklenes lengde, er anordnet en bunn (9, 15, 14) slik at nøk-lene (6) vandrer i skråstilling i forhold til vertikalen og derved får tilstrekkelig støtte til å unngå at nøklenes hoder (6') vrir seg og nøklene faller ned av føringslistene (11), og at nevnte bunn på et kort parti (12) er sløyfet slik at nøklene der får anledning til å stille seg i vertikalstilling, og slik at når nøklene igjen føres inn på bunnen (14), legger alle seg med hodet i vandringsretningen, mens de tidligere vandret med hodet (6') dels foran og dels bakut.
2. Ensrettingsanordning ifølge på-stand 1, karakterisert ved at bunnen i første etappe (9) er forsynt med en
midtre, trang fordypning, som gir god styring for nøkkelskaftene (6), slik at nøklene legger seg parallelt med hinannen, idet bunnen her fortrinnsvis ligger nærmere føringslistenes (11) topp enn ellers.
3. Ensrettingsanordning ifølge på-stand 2, karakterisert ved at fø-ringslistene (11) og bunnen (9) dannes av en tett renne med en øvre bredde like stor eller større enn nøkkelhodets bredde og med et nedre V-formet bunnparti for styring av nøkkelskaftet (6).
4. Ensrettingsanordning ifølge på-stand 1, 2 eller 3, karakterisert ved at bunnen under føringslistene (11) på siste vandringsetappe (14) nærmer seg mer og mer føringslistenes (11) topp, fra en vertikal avstand lik eller større enn nøk-lens lengde, slik at nøklene etter å ha pas-sert føringspartiet uten bunn (12) igjen legger seg suksessivt over i den ønskede skråstilling med hodene foran.
