Nøkkel for falsede esker og bokser.

Oppfinnelsen angår en nøkkel for falsede esker og bokser med innfalset åpningstunge, bestående av trådmateriale og
med en rett skaftdel som nær den ene ende
er forsynt med en tungespalte, som eskens
tunge innføres i og i den annen ende utformet med et nøklehode tildannet ved til-bøyning av skaftdelen i form av en tverrstillet bøyle, hvor trådens ende etter til-bøyning av den tverrstillede bøyle ligger i
en viss avstand fra skaftdelen.
Nøkkelen ifølge oppfinnelsen karakteri-seres ved at den ende av nøkkelhodet som
danner en inn mot skaftdelen rettet krok
er så kort at enden av kroken ikke rekker
lengre inn mot skaftdelen enn krokdelens
krumningssenter.
Fra U.S. patent nr. 2 899 101 er kjent
en nøkkel hvor krokdelen ikke rekker inn
til skaftdelen, men krokdelen er der så
lang at det oppstår fare for at flere nøk-ler kan hekte seg sammen ved utomatisk
pålegning av nøkler på eskelokk. Å hindre
dette er nettopp hensikten med oppfinnelsen. Fra svensk patent nr. 163 864 er det vi-dere kjent en slik nøkkel som har større
bredde på hodebøylen på den ene side enn
på den andre siden. Det spesielle ved denne
nøkkel er at den ene rette sidegren av
nøkkelen er avpasset etter eskens ene kort-side, så den kan inntres på tungen og leg-ges om kortsiden. Som nevnt er det prob-lem som ønskes løst ifølge oppfinnelsen
et annet, nemlig effektivt å hindre sam-menfiltring av nøkler ved automatisk nøk-kelpålegning på esker og bokser. Ifølge oppfinnelsen kan godt bredden av bøyledelene
være like stor, selv om man foretrekker en lengre krokdel. Selv om den korte krokdel ifølge oppfinnelsen hindrer sammenfilt-ring av nøkler, er denne korte krok allikevel tilstrekkelig til å gi feste for en gjenstand til nøklehodet som letter opprulling av lok-ket.
Hodeformen egner seg godt til inn-tredning på en skråstillet føringslist som skal lede nøkler ned mot eskene i et nøk-kelpålegningsapparat og formen gir nøk-lene en rolig føring.

oppfinnelsen er vist på tegningen.
Fig. 1 viser en nøkkel sett fra den ene side og fig. 3 et tverrsnitt III-III i fig. 1. Fig. 2 viser en annen utformning av en nøkkel sett fra siden og fig. 4 et tverrsnitt IV-IV i fig. 2. Nøklehodet dannes av en rett skaftdel 1 av trådmateriale, som i den ene ende er forsynt med en tungespalte for eskens åpningstunge. Nøklens annen ende er utformet med et nøkkelhode som er tildannet ved tilbøyning av skaftdelen 1, i form av en tverrstillet bøyle 2, hvor trådens ene ende etter tilbøyningen av den tverrsgåen-de bøyle 2 ligger i en viss avstand fra skaftdelen 1. Ifølge oppfinnelsen er den ende av nøklehodet som danner en mot skaftdelen rettet krok 3 så kort at enden av kroken ikke rekker lengre inn mot skaftdelen 1 enn krokdelens 3 krumningssenter. Denne korte krokdel 3 gir ikke nøkler anledning til å filtre seg sammen, slik dette skjer ved andre nøkler av denne type. I eksemplet er den del av nøklehode som bærer kroken 3 lengre enn den annen bøyleende 4, men dette er ikke påkrevet for å hindre sam-menfiltring av nøkler ved nøkkelpålegnin-gen.

Claims (1)

  1. Nøkkel for falsede esker og bokser med j innfalset åpningstunge, bestående av trådmateriale og med en rett skaftdel som nær den ene ende er forsynt med en tungespalte, som esketungen innføres i, og i den annen ende utformet med et nøklehode tildannet ved tilbøyning av skaftdelen i form av en tverrstillet bøyle, hvor trådens ende etter
    tilbøyningen av den tverrstillede bøyle ligger i en viss avstand fra skaftdelen, karakterisert ved at den ende av nøk-kelhodet som danner en inn mot skaftdelen (1) rettet krok (3) er så kort at enden av kroken (3) ikke rekker lengre inn mot skaftdelen (1) enn krokdelens krumningssenter.
