Description
Jordtrykkbelastet rør.
Veggtykkelsen til nedgravde rør og beholdere av metall eller materialer med tilsvarende elastiske egenskaper bestemmes ofte ut fra de påkjenninger som ventes av den påfylte jord fordi denne belastning kan utgjøre en større belastning enn innertrykket. Av økonomiske årsaker tilstrebes imidlertid å beholde den for innertrykket nødvendige veggtykkelse og å møte belast-ningen fra jordtrykket med ekstra avstiv-ninger. Det er allerede kjent å anordne av-stivende ringer (spant) på rørytterveggen eller å anvende ommantlinger av betong. I området ved avstivningsringene oppstår det imidlertid vanskeligheter med hensyn til korrosjonsbeskyttelsen, og betongom-mantlinger er dyre og ømfintlige overfor setninger i grunnen. Begge avstivnings-typer har dessuten den felles ulempe at de ikke, eller bare i liten grad er istand til å frembringe et passivt jordtrykk på rør-flankene. Mangler det passive jordtrykk på rørflankene, så virker den øvre rørhalvdel statisk sett som bærer og ikke som bue på grunn av den manglende motkraft, noe som tilsvarer en flerdobling av påkjenningen. Det er også kjent et kanalrør som består av betong eller av metall og som oventil har en som et massivlegeme utformet kappe-formet ytterforsterkning. Dette rør har imidlertid et eggformet tverrsnit og det på-liggende massivlegeme tjener først og fremst til å oppta kabler eller ledningsrør i langsgående spor.
Det er oppfinnelsens hensikt å unngå
de nevnte ulemper og å tilveiebringe et rør som er tilstrekkelig avstivet for opptak av jordbelastningen uten at det oppstår vanskeligheter med korrosjonsbeskyttelsen og
uten at det passive jordtrykk på rørets flanker forstyrres.
Foreliggende oppfinnelse vedrører så-ledes et jordtrykkbelastet rør av metall eller et materiale med tilsvarende elastiske egenskaper, hvilket rør har en ytteravstiv-ning bare i sitt øvre omkretsområde, og røret er kjennetegnet ved at det som ytter-avstivning er anordnet et, under dannelse av et i det minste tilnærmet sigdformet hulrom til røret tilsluttet skall som er ut-ført i samme materiale som røret eller i et materiale med tilsvarende elastiske egenskaper.
Ved en slik avstivning forefinnes det kun glatte flater slik at det ikke opptrer noen forstyrrelser i korrosjonsbeskyttelsen. Tvertimot blir det øvre rørområde, som ellers er mest utsatt for korrosjon grunnet frost, røtter, humus osv., særlig godt be-skyttet. Videre medfører ytteravstivningen en varmeisolering på rørets overside, slik at faren for en nedising av rørinnerveggen fjernes eller i dett minste vesentlig min-skes. Belastninger som stammer fra kjøre-tøy som kjøres over nedleggingsstedet for-deles godt. Utformingen ifølge oppfinnelsen har dessuten den vesentlige fordel at den for inntrykkinger mest utsatte rørdel avstives uten at rørets elastisitet forringes merkbart, slik at det passive jordtrykk for-blir virksomt.
Hensiktsmessig er hulrommet fylt f. eks. med betong eller et isolerende materiale, eller er oppdelt ved hjelp av skott.
Oppfinnelsen er ikke begrenset til rør, idet den selvfølgelig også kan anvendes på sylindriske beholdere. Det behøver ikke nødvendigvis være nedgravde rør eller beholdere, idet oppfinnelsen også angår slike anvendelsesområder hvor det foreligger samme eller lignende belastningsforhold.
På tegningen er vist et utførelsesek-sempel av oppfinnelsen, sett i et skjematisk tverrsnitt.
Med 1 er det nedgravde rør betegnet, hvorpå det i det øvre omkretsområde er påsveiset et skall 2 av samme materiale eller av et materiale med tilsvarende elastiske egenskaper, slik at det fremkommer et hulrom 3. Dette kan fylles med betong, men det er også mulig å avstive det med skott. Skallet 2 strekker seg i det vesentlige over hele rørlengden.
Claims (2)
1. Jordtrykksbelastet eller med lignende belastningsforhold belastet rør eller beholder av metall eller et annet materiale med tilsvarende elastiske egenskaper, hvilket rør eller beholder har en ytteravstiv-ning bare i sitt øvre omkretsområde, karakterisert ved at som ytteravstiv-ning er det anordnet et, under dannelse av et i det minste tilnærmet sigdformet hulrom (3) til røret (1) tilsluttet skall (2) av samme materiale som røret eller beholde-ren eller av et materiale som har tilsvarende elastiske egenskaper.
2. Rør eller beholder ifølge påstand 1, karakterisert ved at hulrommet har en fylling, f. eks. av betong eller isola-sjonsmateriale, eller er oppdelt med skott.
