Description

Fremgangsmåte for sammenbinding av takbjelker og åser, samt
låselement for anvendelse ved fremgangsmåten.
Ved jernkonstruksjoner festes åsene
e. 1. elementer vanligvis til hovedbjelken
ved hjelp av gjennomgående bolter eller ved
sveising, hvilket påvirker byggverkets om-kostninger i ugunstig retning.
Foreliggende oppfinnelse har til hen-sikt å tilveiebringe en fremgangsmåte for
sammenbinding av takbjelker og åser, samt
et festeorgan for å feste åsene til takbjelk-ene uten gjennomhulling og bolter eller
sveising. For å oppnå dette festes en rekke
bøyde stenger av ulike lengder til bjelkens
øvre del, slik at stengenes bøyde deler fester
åsen, hvoretter et låselement låser åsen.
De vedlagte tegninger viser festeorgan-ets detaljer: Fig. 1 er en perspektivskisse som viser
den øvre del av en takbjelke 1 som har tre
spor, i hvis midtre spor er fastsveiset en
stang 2 hvis øvre del 3 er bøyd. Denne del
er forbundet med den C-formede del av
åsen 4 ved hjelp av låselementet 5, som er
låst ved hjelp av kilen 11.
Fig. 2 er et tverrsnitt av åsen 4 hvis C-formede del er forbundet med stangen 2
ved hjelp av låselementet 5, som er formet
som en omvendt U og omfatter en åpning 6
hvorigjennom den bøyde stang 3 har fri
passasje, og åsens del 10 låses mellom lås-
elementets del 9 og stangen ved hjelp av kilen 11 som slås inn i" hullet 6.
Fig. 3 er en perspektivskisse som viser det omvendte U-formede låselement 5, i hvis bunn det er anordnet et hull 6, dannet ved oppbøyning av tungen 7.

Claims (2)

1. Fremgangsmåte for sammenbinding av takbjelker og åser ved metallkonstruk-sjoner uten anvendelse av bolter eller sveising, karakterisert ved at stenger av forskjellig lengde med ombøyde ender, hver med sin ene bøyde ende festes i et langsgående spor i bjelkens vertikale steg mens den andre bøyde ende føres gjennom en åpning i et låselement og festes ved hjelp av en kile, under fastlåsing av en ås til denne bøyde ende.
2. Låselement for anvendelse ved fremgangsmåten i henhold til påstand 1, karakterisert ved at det har en omvendt U-form i hvis bunn det er anordnet et hull dannet ved oppbøyning av en tungeformet del.
