Description

Sotfangerspj eld.
Sotfangerspj eldet har til hensikt å
fjerne sotpartikler og støv fra røken fra
forbrenningsovner og andre avtrekksan-ordninger. Dette oppåes ved at spjeldet,
som på tegningen er merket A—B og er
forbundet ved en hengsel J, innsnevrer
pipeåpningen (avtrekkskanalen) og der-ved øker passeringshastigheten på dette
sted. Spjeldet vil alltid henge i vertikal
stilling — hvorved det i pipens løp bak
spjeldet vil danne seg en lomme for opp-fanging av sot som ved sin egen tyngde
vil falle ned i sotgruben.
Med de varierende temperaturer og
værforhold som finnes, må spjeldet kunne
reguleres, og dette foregår ved at spjeldet
A—B er festet på en aksel C som står i
direkte forbindelse med sveiven E. Det
på akselen C påmonterte pallhjul D og pallen F stopper spjeldet ved den for tempe-raturen og værforholdene beste åpning.
Akselen C er lagret i foringer L, hvor-av den ene er festet på motsatt side av
sveiven E i muren, og den andre er festet
i en dobbeltplate G. Denne dobbeltplate er
etter samme system som en feiedør og er
fastskrudd til pipen med 3 festeskruer N.
Dobbeltplaten muliggjør utskifting av
spjeldet uten murarbeide, idet det taes
ut en åpning i pipen bak dobbeltplaten
noe mindre enn dobbeltplatens størrelse.
Åpningen mures med rene kanter som anlegg for dobbeltplaten med et kantjern
som anlegg. Dobbeltplaten tjener dessuten som feste for pallen F og det ene aksella-ger L.
Ved pipefeiing kan det regulerbare sotfangerspj eld senkes rett ned så det henger langsetter muren fra akselen C og vil derfor ikke hindre feiingen.
H. er vanlig feieluke for sotgruben.

Claims (1)

  1. Sotfanger for skorsteinspiper, bestå-ende av et spjeld som er svingbart festet til en av pipens innvendige sidevegger og ved hjelp av en på en ut fra pipen rakende aksel med påsatt sveiv kan svinges fra en uvirksom stilling hvor spjeldet er beliggende langs den innvendige sidevegg som det er festet til, til stillinger hvor pipens løp i større eller mindre grad er strupet, karakterisert ved at spjeldbladet består av to til hverandre på en slik måte hengslende deler at den lengst fra svinge-aksen beliggende del som i sin ytre ende er bøyet tilbake i spiss vinkel, alltid vil henge i vertikal stilling og hvorved det i pipens løp bak spjeldet dannes en lomme for oppfangning av sot som ved egen tyngde vil falle ned i sotgruben.
