Description
Sprenglegeme.
Foreliggende oppfinnelse angår
sprenglegemer til bruk ved vanlige fjell-sprengning, grøftesprengning, tomte-sprengning, etc.
Med moderne borutstyr og bruk av in-tervalltenning har sprengningsteknikken
i de senere år utviklet seg derhen at man
forsøker å sprenge slik at man får ut-sprengt sten av en sådan størrelse at den
kan behandles hensiktsmessig under last-ing og transport.
Dette kan oppnås ved å bore hullene
forholdsvis tett, og fordele den nødvendige
ladning i disse. For ikke å få en for kraftig
sprengvirkning innerst i borehullet og for
liten ytterst, er det da nødvendig å fordele
ladningen over en større lengde av borhullet. Dette har vanlig vært gjort ved å
anbringe en fylling av ikke eksplosivt materiale, fortrinsvis trepinner, mellom
sprengstoffpatronene. Dette er imidlertid
en lite hensiktsmessig framgangsmåte.
Hensikten med foreliggende oppfinnelse er å løse dette problem, nemlig å
skaffe en redusert ladning med bibehold
av de hensiktsmessige dimensjoner for borhullene og som samtidig har en jevn
sprengvirkning i hele den lengde hvor
sprengvirkning ønskes.
Dette oppnås ifølge oppfinnelsen ved å
framstille sprenglegemer i vanlig stavform
med sirkulært eller tilnærmet sirkulært
tverrsnitt hvor sprenglegemet i hele sin
lengderetning har en kj erne av et ikke eksplosivt materiale.
Dette materiale kan være tre, papp,
pressmasse, kunstharpiks eller annet hensiktsmessig materiale.
For å utnytte detonasjonssj okket best mulig er det av betydning at sprengstoffet ligger i kontakt med borhullets vegger. Ifølge oppfinnelsen framstilles da hensiktsmessig sprenglegemet som vanlige stavformede patroner med en langsgående kjerne av slikt ikke eksplosivt materiale. Man oppnår derved at den gode sprengvirkning bibeholdes, men med en redusert ladning som har jevn virkning over hele den ladede lengde av borhullet. Slike patroner kan da pakkes, forsendes og behandles som vanlige sprengstoffpatroner og la-des i borhullene på vanlig måte. Kjernen av ikke eksplosivt materiale er mest hensiktsmessig laget med sirkulært tverrsnitt, men kan også ha et hvilket som helst annet tverrsnitt, og sprenglad-ningens styrke kan varieres innen vide grenser ved at kjernens tverrsnitt økes eller minskes.

- Sprenglegeme til bruk ved fjellspreng-ning av vanlig stavform med sirkulært eller tilnærmet sirkulært tverrsnitt, karakterisert ved at det stavformede sprenglegeme i hele sin lengderetning har en kjerne av et ikke eksplosivt materiale, slik at spreng-legemets omkrets dannes av sprengstoff som omgir bærestaven.
