Description

Anordning ved båndarmering for trerør.
Foreligggende oppfinnelse vedrører
båndarmering for trerør, og tar sikte på en
anordning som i kombinasjon med et armeringsbånd med T-formig tverrsnitt gjør
det mulig at armeringsbåndet kan tjene
som en del av en understøttende bukk for
trerøret.
Med dette for øye er i henhold til opp-finnelsen to støttestag ved én ende sveiset
til det av T-jern bestående armeringbånd
på hver sin side av røret, og ved sin annen
ende festet til fundamentet, og armeringsbåndet ytterligere forankret ved at den radielt utragende krans av T-jernbåndet (T-profilets ben), er nedfelt i fundamentet.
Herved oppnås på en enkel og økono-misk måte at armeringsbåndet foruten
som vanlig armering også tjener som en
vesentlig bestanddel av en for understøttel-se av trerøret på fundamentet tjenlig bukk.
Ved som armeringsbånd å anvende et
T-jern eller jern av T-formig tverrsnitt
oppnås naturligvis et stort motstandsmo-ment mot bøyning, slik at røret ikke blir
deformert under de påkjenninger som et
slikt trerør kan utsettes for, hvilket særlig
er av betydning ved rør over 3 m i diameter.
Ved en anordning resp. armering av
den beskrevne art anvendes hensiktsmessig
strammesko som tiltrekkes ved hjelp av to
på hver sin side av armeringsbåndets ra-dielle krans anordnede bolter.
Videre kan et armeringsbånd med til-nærmelsesvis T-formet tverrsnitt være
dannet ved at der på en flattjernsring er
sveiset en ring av rundt eller halvrundt tverrsnitt.
En anordning i henhold til oppfinnel-sen er vist på tegningens fig. 1, 2 og 3 i henholdsvis sideriss, enderiss og grunnriss.
På tegningen betegner 1 trerøret og. 2 det av T-jern bestående armeringsbånd. På hver sin side av røret er der til armeringsbåndet sveiset to støttestag 3, som er festet til fundamentet 4. Dessuten er T-jernbån-dets utragende krans 2' nedfelt i fundamentet, således at en fast understøttelse og forankring av røret under medvirkning av armeringsbåndet oppnås.
Under henvisning til fig. 3 vil det sees at der anvendes to til hver sin ende av bån-det sveisede strammesko 5, som tiltrekkes ved hjelp av to på hver sin side av kran-sen 2' anordnede bolter 6 med muttere 7.

Claims (1)

  1. Anordning ved båndarmering for tre-rør, ved hvilken der anvendes armeringsbånd med T-formet tverrsnitt, karakterisert ved at to støttestag ved én ende er sveiset til armeringsbåndet på hver sin side av røret, og ved sin annen ende festet til fundamentet, og at armeringsbåndet er ytterligere forankret ved at den radielt utragende krans av T-jernbåndet (T-pro-filets ben) er nedfelt i fundamentet.
