Short designation: Cargo container with several compartments for a refuse lorry, as well as refuse lorry equipped with such a container.
The present invention relates to a loading box for a refuse truck, which is divided by means of at least one horizontal partition into several superimposed compartments, each of which is provided with a push-out partition and a filling opening.
A refuse truck with a loading container of the above-mentioned type is known from, for example, German patent specification 3,537,546.
In this known refuse truck, the compartments 10 are loaded with the aid of a side load at the front of the body via openings located one above the other. There is a press bulkhead in each compartment. The position of this press bulkhead in relation to a loading opening determines which compartment is loaded. The baffle 15 also pushes the load backwards and functions as an ejection baffle when the compartment release valve at the rear of the body is opened.
This known waste truck has a number of drawbacks.
In the first place, loading takes place on the side, which is dangerous for the loaders because of protruding parts in the direction of travel and difficult because of parked cars and obstacles on the curb. Furthermore, an alert is required between a waste container with a specific content and the status of the 25 different bulkheads. The compaction of the waste takes place by moving the press bulkhead completely backwards, which takes extra time, because loading cannot be loaded during the movement of the pushing bulkhead. If, in order to save time, the press bulkhead is moved partially backwards, 870254 5 -2- 'v will not be optimally and evenly compacted, since a pressing mechanism with retaining device is lacking. A further drawback is that if the waste has to be dumped in an underlying compartment, the waste has to pass through the upper cylinder for operating the press bulkhead of an upper compartment. The object of the invention is now to provide a loading bin and a refuse collection vehicle of the above-mentioned type, which do not have the above-mentioned drawbacks.
This object is achieved with a loading box of the above-mentioned type, which is characterized in that the filling openings of the compartments are arranged at the rear of the loading box and the loading box at the rear is provided with a rear loader with a collapsing opening and a pressing mechanism with which different, separated types of waste can each be placed in one of the compartments of the body.
20 Due to this construction, the loading bin and the refuse lorry provided with such a loading bin do not have any parts projecting to the side and are therefore safe for the loaders and there are no obstacles on the side of the street and on the road when collecting garbage. sidewalk. The invention also relates to a refuse truck provided with a loading container according to the invention.

In the refuse truck shown in figure 1, a loading container 2 is located on the chassis 1. This loading container is provided with one or more horizontal intermediate walls 3, which divide the loading container into a number of compartments 4 and 5 lying one above the other. The compartment 4 for the heaviest waste, the so-called GFT waste 15 (Vegetable-Fruit-Garden), is located at the bottom of the body 2.
Depending on the specific weight of the different waste materials, the position of the horizontal partition walls 3 can be adjusted. The refuse truck shown in figure 1 has a loading container 2 which is divided by means of one horizontal partition wall 3 into two compartments 4 and 5. Each compartment 4.5 is provided with a filling opening at the rear.
The loading container 2 is provided at the rear with a rear loader 6 with a pouring opening 7 and a pressing mechanism 8 with which different types of waste separated from each other can each be introduced into one of the compartments 4,5 of the loading container 2.
In each of the compartments 4,5 there is a push-out partition 9 resp. 10, which can also function as a back pressure bulkhead if necessary. After the rear loader 6 has been opened, waste materials can be unloaded independently of each other with the aid of the relevant push-out bulkhead 9,10.
The pressing mechanism 8 consists of a rotatable 870254 5-4 vertical axis 11, on which for each compartment 4,5 a pressing partition 12 resp. 13 has been confirmed. As can be seen in Fig. 2, a lever 14 is fixedly mounted on the top of the rotatable shaft 11.
At the points 15 and 16 of this lever 14, the piston rods of two cylinders 17 and 18 are hingedly connected to the lever 14. At the points 19 and 20, the cylinders 17 and 18 are hingedly connected to the rear loader 6. The arrangement of these cylinders 17 and 18 is such that (see fig. 2a-2d): - each press bulkhead 12,13 can make a circular stroke of 210 ° (105 ° to the left and 105 ° to the right); - both cylinders 17,18 are not in their dead center at the same time; - both cylinders 17,18 can exert a press force increasing to the maximum over a distance of 90 ° to both sides.
Each press shot 12 resp. 13 makes the same 20 rotation and moves in a trough 21, which has the form of a semi-vertical circular cylinder, the vertical end edges of which connect to the loading body 2. This trough 21 is also by means of a number of horizontal partitions 22 (shown in the Embodiment, one partition 22) divided into compartments 23 and 24, which correspond to compartments 4 and 4, respectively. 5 of the loading box 2. The compartments 23 and 24 of the trough 21 close via sliding plates 25 resp. 26 to the pour-in opening 7.
A loading device 27 is attached to the rear loader 6. With this loading device, two waste containers 28 (so-called mini containers) can be treated simultaneously and independently of each other.
The loading device 27 comprises two holder chairs 870254 5. With each holder chair 29, a waste holder 28 to be treated can first stand upright along a guide frame not shown here. or be raised via arcuate path by lifting arms not shown here, with the aid of a known drive. The loading device 27 also comprises a tilting mechanism, not shown here, with which a raised container chair 29 with waste container 28 can be tilted from the position indicated by 30 into the position indicated by 31 above the pouring opening 7.
The loading device 27 shown here is designed for treating waste containers 28 divided into compartments by means of a partition 32. The loading device is for this purpose provided with a separating partition 33 against which the partition 32 of such a waste container 28 rests when it passes through the holder chair 29 into the top position has been raised. The separator 33 is arranged such that during the tilting movement of the holder chair 29 with waste holder 28, the separator 33 remains in contact with the partition 32 of the waste holder 28 and tilts along with the waste holder 28. At the end of the tilting movement, the separator 33 connects to the slide plate 26. As a result, the waste which is separated 25 in the holder 28 / will also end up separately in the two compartments 23 and 24 of the rear loader 6 and from there via the corresponding press bulkhead 12 resp. 13 in the associated compartment 4 resp. 5 from the loading platform 2.
In the embodiment shown, the separator 33 is transverse to the longitudinal direction of the body 2. However, it is also possible to rotate the divider 90 °, so that it comes to be in the longitudinal direction of the body. This modified embodiment of a loading device is suitable for treating waste containers in which the partition has been rotated 90 ° relative to the partition 32 in the waste containers 28 shown in Fig. 1.
It is also possible to use a loading device with which two normal waste containers can be treated without division of compartments. A container with waste A is then treated with one holder chair and a container with waste B with the other holder chair. Each holder seat connects to its own compartment in the rear loader 6 and the cargo box 2. Here, too, an adjustment of the sliding plates in the rear loader will be necessary.
For example, the use of an optical signaling 15 on color offers the possibility of automatically emptying green containers with heavy VGF waste in the bottom compartment and gray containers with lighter waste automatically in the top compartment, whereby the green as well as the gray containers through several container seats. 20 can be treated.

Claims (9)

  1.
