•t». - * 1,2,4-Triazool-3-thiolen.
1,2,4-Triazool-3-thiolen zijn nogal veelzijdig wat hun eigenschappen en toepassingsmogelijkheden betreft.
Sommige zijn onderzocht op anti-inflammatoire en analgetische activiteit (George et al., J.Med. Chem. 14(4), 5 335-338 (1971)) en andere op antituberculaire, diuretische, natri- uretische en goitrogene activiteit (Yale et al., J. Med. Chem. 9_(1), 42-46 (1966); Hartmann et al., Rev. Soc. Argentina Biol. 30, 87-96; en Hoggarth et al., Brit. J. Pharmacol. 6, 454-458 (1951)). Weer andere hebben toepassing gevonden als foto-ontwikkelaars (Japans 10 octrooischrift 73.34,174; Amerikaans octrooischrift 3.901.709;
Amerikaans octrooischrift 3.576,629; en Amerikaans octrooischrift 3.666.471), metaal complexerende middelen (Duits octrooischrift 2.331.220), pigmenten (Amerikaans octrooischrift 3.681.374) en drukinkttoevoegingen (Duits octrooischrift 2.215.474). Ook is een 15 groot aantal bereid (Willems et al., Buil. Soc. Chem. Beiges 7_5 (5-6), 358-365 (1966)) en toegepast als tussenprodukt (Niebch et al., Z, Naturforsch. B 27 (6), 675-682 (1972) en Jones et al., J. Am.
Chem. Soc. 77, 1538-1540 (1955)). Verder worden er nog andere farmacologische eigenschappen aan toegekend, bijvoorbeeld antitumo-20 rale (Hahn et al., J. Nat. Cancer Inst. 48 (3), 783-790 (1972)), stralingsbeschermende (Duits octrooischrift 2.021.453), antihepato-toxische (Rauen et al., Arzneim.-Forsch. 23_ (la), 141-145 (1973)) en antidotische tegen mosterdagas (Duits octrooischrift 2.021.453). Structureel verwante verbindingen bezitten hypoglycemische activi-25 teit (Deliwala et al., J. Med. Chem. 14_ (3), 260-262 (1971)).
Gevonden is, dat l,2,4-triazool-3-thiolen met de formule 1 waarin H of NH2 voorstelt, R2 een al dan niet vertakte alkylgroep met 1-6 koolstof atomen, -CH^OH, - (CH2) -O-iCHj^-CH^, fenyl of -(CH_) NH_ voorstelt, η 1, 2 of 3 is, m 0, 1, 2, of 3 is en 2 p 2 30 8004630 2 p 1, 2, 3, 4 of 5 is, en farmaceutisch aanvaardbare zuuradditie-zouten daarvan, anti-secretorische werking bezitten.
Al dan niet vertakte alkylgroepen met 1-6 koolstof atomen omvatten methyl, ethyl, n-propyl, isopropyl, n-butyl, 5 sec.butyl, isobutyl, tert.butyl, n-pentyl, isopentyl, neopentyl, n-hexyl en isohexyl.
Voorbeelden van anorganische en organische zuren waarvan farmaceutisch aanvaardbare zouten van de verbindingen met de formule 1 kunnen zijn afgeleid, zijn waterstofchloride, water-10 stofbromide, zwavelzuur, fosforzuur, azijnzuur, propionzuur, glycol- zuur, melkzuur, druivenzuur, malonzuur, bamsteenzuur, malelnezuur, fumaarzuur, tartraarzuur, citroenzuur, ascorbinezuur, appelzuur, hydroxymaleinezuur, benzoëzuur, hydroxybenzoëzuur, fenylazijnzuur, kaneelzuur, salicylzuur, 2-fenoxybenzoëzuur, methaansulfonzuur en 15 2-hydroxyethaansulfonzuur.
Verbindingen volgens de uitvinding die de voorkeur hebben zijn die met de formule 1 waarin Rj een alkylgroep met bij voorkeur 1-4 koolstofatomen voorstelt, bijvoorbeeld 4-amino-5-ethyl-4H-l,2,4-triazool-3-thlol.
20 Voorbeelden van verbindingen met de formule 1 waarin NH^ voorstelt, zijn 4-amino-5-methyl-4H-l,2,4-triazool-3-thiol, 4-amino-5-ethyl-4H-l,2,4-triazool-3-thiol, 4-amino-5-mercapto-4H-1,2,4-triazool-3-methanol, 4-amino-5-(methoxymethyl)-4H-1,2,4-triazool-3-thiol, 4-amino-5-propyl-4H-l,2,4-triazool-3-thiol, 4-25 amino-5-butyl-4H-l,2,4-triazool-3-thiol, 4-amino-5-ethoxymethyl-4H- l,2,4-triazool-3-thiol, 4-amino-5-fenyl-4H-l,2,4-triazool-3-thiol, 4-amino-5-(2-ethoxyethyl)-4H-1,2,4-triazool-3-thiol, 4-amino-5-(5-aminopentyl)-4H-1,2,4-triazool-3-thiol hydroxychloride, 4-amino-5-(2-aminoethyl)-4H-1,2,4-triazool-3-thiol hydrochcloride. Deze ver-30 bindingen en de overeenkomstige 4-ongesubstitueerde verbindingen met inbegrip van 5-ethyl-lH-l,2,4-triazool-3-thiol kunnen worden toegepast als adjuvans bij de behandeling van maagzweren.
De verbindingen volgens de uitvinding lenen zich niet alleen voor het behandelen van mensen maar ook van dieren bij-35 voorbeeld katten, honden, varkens, paarden, koeien en schapen.

De anti-secretorische activiteit van de verbindingen volgens de uitvinding werd onderzocht aan ratten volgens de proef van Shay beschreven in Gastroenterology 5_, 43 (1945). Daarbij werden Spraque-Dawley mannetjes«ratten met een gewicht van 200-5 250 g 48 uren voor de proef gevast waarbij zij alleen een 10 %-ige dextrose - 0,5 %-ige natriurachloride-oplossing kregen. De proef-verbindingen opgelost in 0,5 %-ige aethylcellulose-oplossing werden intraduodenaal geïnjecteerd onder een ligatuur om de twaalf vingerige-darm zo dicht mogelijk bij de pylorische sphincter. Nadat de inci-10 sie was dichtgeklemd werd elke rat teruggezet in zijn kooi. Vier uren later werden de ratten gedood. De maag werd zorgvuldig uitgesneden waarna de hoeveelheid maagzuur in de gastrische vloeistof werd bepaald (meq HC1/100 g lichaamsgewicht). De hoeveelheid zuur gevormd door de behandelde groep werd omgerekend als percentage 15 van de hoeveelheid zuur gevormd door de onbehandelde controlegroep.
Voor 4-amino-5-propyl-4H-l,2,4-triazool-3-thiol bedroeg de hoeveelheid gevormd zuur 18 % en voor 4-amino-5-butyl-4H-l,2,4-triazool-3-thiol 42 % van de door de controlegroep gevormde hoeveelheid.
De ED50 voor 4-amino-5-ethyl-4H-l,2,4-triazool-20 3-thiol werd vastgesteld op 3,4 mg/kg.
De verbindingen volgens de uitvinding kunnen oraal en parenteraal worden toegediend hetzij als zodanig hetzij als preparaat bijvoorbeeld als tablet, capsule, pil, suspensie of emulsie. De hoeveelheid waarin de verbindingen kunnen worden toegediend 25 om secretie te remmen, bedraagt ongeveer 1-100 en bij voorkeur ongeveer 1-25 mg/kg lichaamsgewicht per dag. Doseringseenheden bevatten ongeveer 5-300 mg werkzame verbinding en kunnen 1-4 keer daags worden toegediend.
De verbindingen met de formule 1 waarin Rj Nï^ 30 en R2 -CHjOH, alkoxyalkyl of fenyl voorstellen, kunnen worden bereid door reactie van thiocarbohydrazide met de formule 2 en een carbonzuur met de formule 3 waarin boven aangegeven betekenis heeft. De reactie wordt gewoonlijk uitgevoerd in de smelt maar een overmaat zuur kan als oplosmiddel dienen. De reactietemperatuur 35 bedraagt in het algemeen 100-170° C. De reactieduur is normaal 8004630 4 5-120 minuten.
Verbindingen met de formule 1 waarin Rj NH2 en Rj fenyl voorstellen worden bij voorkeur bereid door reactie van methyl 2-benzoyl-dithiocarbazinaat en hydrazine volgens de methode 5 beschreven in J. Chem. Soc., 4811 (1952).
Verbindingen met de formule 1 waarin R^ NH2 en Rj aminoalkyl voorstellen kunnen worden bereid met boven vermelde reactie van thiocarbohydrazide en carbonzuur onder bescherming van de aminogroep in het aminozuur met de formule 4 en verwijderen van 10 de beschermende groep na afloop van de reactie. De aminogroep in het aminozuur met de formule 3 kan bijvoorbeeld worden beschermd door reactie met ftaalzuuranhydride bij een temperatuur van 150-180°c (smelttemperatuur van de reactanten) gedurende 1-10 uren onder vorming van het overeenkomstige ftaalimidoalkaancarbonzuur met de 15 formule 5. Het ftaalimidoalkaancarbonzuur met de formule 5 wordt tot reactie gebracht met thiocarbohydrazide bij een temperatuur van 150-180° C (smelttemperatuur) gedurende 30 minuten tot 6 uren. Uit het daarbij gevormde 5-(ftaallmidoalkyl)-4-amino-4H-l#2,4-triazool- 3-thiol met de formule 6 wordt dan de beschermende groep verwijderd 20 door reactie met hydrazine of hydrazinehydraat in water bij een temperatuur van 25-100° C gedurende 1-24 uren onder vorming van het overeenkomstige 5-(aminoalkyl)-4-amino-4H-l,2,4-triazool-3-thiol. Wanneer in de formule 4 p 5 is kan de gewenste verbinding ook worden bereid door reactie van thiocarbohydrazide en O-methylcaprolactam 25 analoog aan boven vermelde reactie van thiocarbohydrazide en carbonzuur (zie voorbeeld IX).
Verbindingen met de formule 1 waarin R^ H is kunnen worden bereid analoog aan boven vermelde reactie van thiocarbohydrazide en carbonzuur. Meer in het bijzonder worden deze 30 verbindingen bereid door reactie van thiosemicarbazide en een zuur-chloride met de formule 7 waarin R2 boven aangegeven betekenis heeft, bij een temperatuur tussen 0° C en kamertemperatuur gedurende 24-72 uren in bijvoorbeeld pyridine. Het gevormde gesubstitueerde thiosemicarbazide wordt daarna verwarmd in bijvoorbeeld natriummethoxyde 35 bij een temperatuur tussen kamertemperatuur en reflux-temperatuur 8Θ04630
Jr 5 van methanol gedurende 4-24 uren. Voor de bereiding van de overeenkomstige verbindingen waarin R2 aminoalkyl is, dient in het uit-gangs aminozuurchloride de aminogroep eerst te worden beschermd bijvoorbeeld met een ftaalimidorest zoals boven beschreven.
5 Voorbeeld I
4-Amino-5-(2-ethoxyethyl)-4H-1,2,4-triazool-3-thiol.
Een hoeveelheid van 63,6 g (0,6 mol) thiocarbo-hydrazide en 100,0 g (0,85 mol) 3-ethoxypropionzuur worden onder 10 roeren verwarmd bij reflux-temperatuur totdat een oplossing is gevormd. De oplossing wordt dan gekoeld tot kamertemperatuur en na verdunnen met 700 ml diethylether 1 uur weggezet in de koelkast. Het uitgekristalliseerde ruwe witte produkt (94,6 g) wordt door filtreren verzameld en omgekristalliseerd in 1200 ml water. Aldus worden 15 54,6 g van de titelverbinding met een smeltpunt van 123-124° C als glanzende witte plaatjes verkregen.
Voorbeeld II-VII
Te werk gaande volgens voorbeeld I wordt thio-carbohydrazide tot reactie gebracht met azijnzuur, propionzuur, 20 methoxyazijnzuur, boterzuur, valeriaanzuur en ethoxyazijnzuur onder vorming van respectievelijk 4-amino-5-methyl-4H-l,2,4-triazool-3-thiol (smeltpunt 209-211° C), 4-amino-5-ethyl-4H-l,2,4-triazool-3-thiol (smeltpunt 149-150° C), 4-amino-5-(methoxymethyl)-4H-l,2,4-triazool-3-thiol (smeltpunt 123-124° C), 4-amino-5-propyl-4H-1,2,4-25 triazool-3-thiol (smeltpunt 105-107° C), 4-amino-5-butyl-4H-1,2,4-triazool-3-thiol (smeltpunt 89-90° C), en 4-amino-5-(ethoxymethyl)-4H-1,2,4-triazool-3-thiol (smeltpunt 209-210° C.
Voorbeeld VIII
4-Amino-5-(hydroxymethyl)-4H-1,2,4-triazool-3-thiol.

Een mengsel van 10,6 g (0,1 mol) thiocarbohydra-zide en 25,0 g (0,33 mol) hydroxyazijnzuur wordt 20 min. onder roeren verhit bij een temperatuur van 130° C. Na afloop wordt het reac-tiemengsel gekoeld tot kamertemperatuur en daarna verdund met 25 ml 35 water. Na verder koelen en 24 uren staan bij een temperatuur van 800 4 6 30 6 11° C wordt 7,0 g kristallijn produkt verzameld. Het produkt wordt omgekristalliseerd in een mengsel van chloroform en methanol waarna het gesolvateerde produkt (4,5 g) in vacuo wordt gedroogd. Aldus wordt 2,0 g van de titelverbinding met een smeltpunt van 150,5-5 151,5° C als bleek gele kristallen verkregen.
Bij herhaling van de reactie onder 1 uur verhitten bij een temperatuur van 125° C bedraagt de opbrengst na omkristalliseren in een mengsel van methanol en water 80 %.
Voorbeeld IX
10 4-Amino-5-(5-aminopentyl)-4H-1,2,4-triazool-3-thiol hydrochloride.
In 200 ml methanol wordt 3,6 g (0,1 mol) gasvormig waterstofchloride geleid waarna achtereenvolgens 12,7 g (0,1 mol) 0-methylcaprolactam en 10,6 g (0,1 mol) thiocarbohydrazide 15 worden toegevoegd. Het mengsel wordt 2 uren verwarmd bij reflux-tempera tuur . Na afloop wordt het reactiemengsel gekoeld tot kamertemperatuur en in de ijskast weggezet. Het uitgekristalliseerde produkt wordt twee keer omgekristalliseerd in een mengsel van methanol en ethylacetaat. Aldus wordt 13,4 g van de titelverbinding met een 20 smeltpunt van 192-194° C verkregen.
Voorbeeld X
4-Amino~5-fenyl-4H-l,2,4-triazool-3-thiol.
Een mengsel van 180 g benzoylhydrazide, 135 g 25 kooldisulfide, 90 g kaliumhydroxyde, 540 ml ethanol en 120 ml water wordt 1 uur bij kamertemperatuur geroerd. Het gevormde gele neerslag wordt door toevoegen van 120 ml water tot oplossing gebracht. Aan de waterige oplossing wordt methyljodide toegevoegd onder roeren bij kamertemperatuur. Het roeren wordt 30 min. voortgezet onder vorming 30 van een dik wit neerslag van methyl-2-benzoyldithiocarbazinaat. Het neerslag wordt door filtreren verzameld en aan de lucht gedroogd.
Het gevormde methyl-2-benzoyldithiocarbazinaat (125 g, smeltpunt 161-169° C) wordt met hydrazinehydraat in methanol onder verwarmen bij reflux-temperatuur ongezet in de titelverbinding met een smelt-35 'punt van 194-196° C.

Voorbeeld XI
4- Amino-5-(2-aminoethyl)-4H-1,2,4-triazool-3-thiol hydro- chloride.
Een mengsel van 1 mol ftaalzuuranhydride en 1 5 mol ^-alanine wordt 1,5 uren in een open kolf onder roeren gesmolten bij een temperatuur van 170-178° C. Na afloop laat men het reactiemengsel een nacht overstaan. Het gevormde ftaalimidopropion-zuur wordt na omkristalliseren in water, in een hoeveelheid van 44 g (0,2 mol) 45 min. gesmolten met 21,2 g (0,2 mol) thiocarbohydrazide 10 bij een temperatuur van 150 + 2° C. Na afloop wordt het gesmolten reactieprodukt afgekoeld, gewassen met 500 ml water, gefiltreerd en gekristalliseerd uit ethanol. Na omkristalliseren in verdund azijnzuur wordt 11 g 5-(ftaalimidoethyl)-4-amino-4H-l,2,4-thiazool- 3-thiol verkregen.
15 Aan 10,0 g (0,034 mol) van het verkregen produkt in 60 ml water wordt 10 ml hydrazinehydraat (85 %) X0,2 mol) toegevoegd. Na enkele minuten ontstaat een oplossing en deze wordt twee dagen geroerd. Na afloop wordt de reactie-oplossing weggezet in de ijskast waarbij 2,5 g produkt uitkristalliseert. Het produkt wordt 20 opgelost in methanol (200 ml), gefiltreerd en behandeld met een etherische oplossing van HC1. Het daarbij gevormde neerslag wordt omgekristalliseerd in een mengsel van methanol en ethylacetaat en in ethanol. Aldus wordt 2,5 g van de titelverbinding met een smeltpunt van 230-234° C verkregen.
25 Voorbeeld XII
5- Ethyl-lH-l,2,4-triazool-3-thiol.
Aan 117 g (1,3 mol) thiosemicarbazide wordt 120 g (1,3 mol) propionylchloride in 1 liter pyridine bij 0° C toege-30 voegd waarna het mengsel 2,5 dagen bij kamertemperatuur wordt geroerd. Na afloop wordt de pyridine door verdampen in vacuo verwijderd. Het residu wordt opgelost in 1 liter droge methanol. Aan de oplossing wordt 2,6 mol natriummethoxyde toegevoegd waarna het mengsel 8 uren wordt verwarmd bij reflux-temperatuur. Na een nacht over 35 staan bij kamertemperatuur wordt de methanol door verdampen in vacuo 8004630 8 verwijderd waarna het residu wordt opgelost in water, gekoeld en aangezuurd met geconcentreerd HC1. Het daarbij gevormde neerslag wordt door filtreren verzameld en aan de lucht gedroogd. Aldus wordt 160 g vast produkt verkregen. Ongeveer 20 g hiervan wordt omgekris-5 talliseerd in een mengsel van methanol en water. Het smeltpunt van de aldus verkregen titelverbinding bedraagt na 24 uren drogen bij 70° C in vacuo 259-261° C.

Tabletten.
10 Tabletten worden vervaardigd uit de volgende bestanddelen:
Hoeveelheid per tablet 4-Amino-5-ethyl-4H-l,2,4-triazool-3-thiol 100,0 mg 15 Tarwezetmeel 15,0 mg
Lactose 33,5 mg
Magnesiumstearaat 1,5 mg
Uit een deel van het tarwezetmeel wordt een gekorrelde zetmeelpasta bereid die samen met de rest van het tarwe-20 zetmeel en met de lactose wordt gegranuleerd, gezeefd en gemengd met de werkzame verbinding en magnesiumstearaat. Het mengsel wordt dan tot tabletten geperst die per stuk 150 mg wegen.

Parenterale injectie-oplossing.
25 Een parenterale injectie-oplossing wordt bereid uit de volgende bestanddelen:
Hoeveelheid 4-Amino-5-ethyl-4H-l,2,4-triazool-3-thiol 100,0 mg
Natriumchloride q.s.
30 Water voor injectie 20 ml
De werkzame verbinding wordt opgelost in water voor injectie samen met natriumchloride om de oplossing isotonisch te maken. De oplossing kan in een enkele ampul worden gebracht die dam 100 mg werkzame verbinding voor meervoudige dosering bevat, of 35 in 20 ampullen voor enkelvoudige dosering.

Harde gelatinecapsules.
Harde gelatinecapsules worden vervaardigd uit de volgende bestanddelen: 5 Hoeveelheid 4-Amino-5-ethyl-4H-l,2,4~triazool-3-thiol 200,0 rag

De werkzame verbinding en talk worden als droge poeders door een fijnmazige zeef gevoerd en goed gemengd. Met het 10 poedervormige mengsel worden dan no. 0 harde gelatinecapsules afgevuld in een hoeveelheid van 235 mg per capsule.

Pillen.
Pillen worden vervaardigd uit de volgende be- 15 standdelen:

Maïszetmeel 130 mg
Vloeibare glucose 20 ml 20 De werkzame verbinding en het maïszetmeel worden gemengd en daarna met vloeibare glucose door en door gekneed tot een plastische massa waaruit stukjes worden gesneden die tot pillen worden gevormd.

Claims (13)
1. l,2,4-Triazool-3-thiolderivaat, gekenmerkt door de formule 1 waarin Rj H of NH^ en een al dan niet vertakte alkylgroep met 1-6 koolstofatomen, -CH«0H, -(CH_) -0-(CH») -CH-, 4 4 Π Z m 3 5 fenyl of -(CH ) NH_ voorstellen waarin n 1-3, m 0-3 en p 1-5 zijn, 4 p 4 alsmede de farmaceutisch aanvaardbare zuuradditiezouten daarvan.
2. Verbinding volgens conclusie 1, met het kenmerk, dat Rj in de formule 1 NHj voorstelt.
3. Verbinding volgens conclusie 2, met het ken-10 merk, dat Rj in de formule 1 een alkylgroep met 1-6 koolstofatomen voorstelt.
4. Verbinding volgens conclusie 1, met het kenmerk, dat de verbinding 4-amino-5-ethyl-4H-l,2,4-triazool-3-thiol is.
5. Verbinding met de formule 1, met het kenmerk, dat R, in de formule 1 H of NH en R„ -CH-OH of -(CH_) NH- waarin 1 2 2 2 2 p 2 p 1-5 is, voorstellen.
6. Farmaceutisch preparaat met anti-secretorische werking, met het kenmerk, dat het preparaat als werkzaam bestanddeel 20 bevat een verbinding volgens één der conclusies 1-5.
7. Farmaceutisch preparaat volgens conclusie 6, met het kenmerk, dat de hoeveelheid werkzame verbinding in een dose-ringseenheid ongeveer 5-300 mg bedraagt.
8. Werkwijze voor het bereiden van een 1,2,4- 25 triazool-3-thiolderivaat, met het kenmerk, dat een verbinding wordt bereid met de formule 1 waarin R^ H of NHj en Rj een al dam niet vertakte alkylgroep met 1-6 koolstof atomen, -CH^OH, (CE^^-O- (C^^--CHg, fenyl of -{CHjJpNï^ voorstellen, waarin n 1-3, m 0-3 en p 1-5 zijn alsmede de farmaceutisch aanvaardbare zuuradditiezouten daarvan 30 door a) wanneer R, NH_ en R„ -CHo0H of -(CH.) -O-(CH-) - 12 2 2 2 n 2 m -CH3 voorstellen, reactie van thiocarbohydrazide en een carbonzuur met de formule R2COOH, b) wanneer R, NH_ en R_ -(CH_) NH„ voorstellen, 1 2 2 2 p 2 35 bescherming van de aminogroep in een aminozuur met de formule 4 8004630 net een ftaalimidogroep, reactie van het aldus beschermde aminozuur met de formule 5 en thiocarbohydrazide, en reactie van het daarbij gevormde 5-(ftaalimidoalkyl)-4-amino-4H-l,2,4-triazool-3-thiol met de formule 6 en hydrazine of hydrazinehydraat onder verwijdering van 5 de beschermende ftaalimidogroep, c) wanneer NH^ en R2 -(CE^) voorstellen, reactie van O-methylcaprolactam en thiocarbohydrazide, of d) wanneer H voorstelt, reactie van een zuur-chloride met de formule RjCOCl en thiosemicarbazide en verwarmen van 10 het gevormde gesubstitueerde thiosemicarbazide in natriummethoxyde waarbij wanneer -(CHj) NH2 voorstelt de aminogroep in het uitgangs aminozuurchloride eerst wordt beschermd met een ftaalimidogroep die na afloop van de reacties wordt verwijderd, eventueel gevolgd door omzetting van de bij voor- 15 noemde reacties gevormde verbindingen in een farmaceutisch aanvaardbaar zuuradditiezout.
9. Werkwijze voor het remmen van ongewenste secretie bij mens en dier, met het kenmerk, dat de behandeling wordt uitgevoerd met een verbinding volgens één der conclusies 1-5 subsidiair 20 bereid met de werkwijze volgens conclusie 8 of met een farmaceutisch preparaat volgens conclusie 6 en 7.
10. Werkwijze volgens conclusie 9, met het kenmerk, dat de behandeling wordt uitgevoerd onder dosering van 1-100 mg werkzame verbinding per kg lichaamsgewicht per dag.
11. Werkwijze volgens conclusie 9, met het ken merk, dat als werkzame verbinding wordt toegepast een verbinding met de formule 1 waarin R^ NH^ voorstelt.
12. Werkwijze volgens conclusie 11, met het kenmerk, dat als werkzame verbinding wordt toegepast een verbinding met 30 de formule 1 waarin Rj een alkylgroep met 1-6 koolstofatomen voorstelt.
13. Werkwijze volgens conclusie 9, met het kenmerk, dat als werkzame verbinding wordt toegepast 4-amino-5-ethyl-4H-1,2,4-triazool-3-thiol. 35 8004630
