Claims (10)
1. Lactobacillus fermentum (Lactobacillus fermentum), met het kenmerk, dat het ingediend is met verzamelingsnummer CGMCC Nr. 25738 bij het Algemene Microbiologische Centrum van het Chinese Beheerscomité voor het Verzamelen van Microbiologische Culturen.
2. Lactobacillus fermentum volgens conclusie 1, met het kenmerk, dat een 16SrDNA-sequentie een sequentie weergegeven in SEQ ID Nr.1 bevat.
3. Samenstelling, met het kenmerk, dat de samenstelling één of een combinatie van een veelvoud van de volgende stoffen bevat: (a) de lactobacillus fermentum volgens conclusie 1 of 2; (b) een lysaat van de lactobacillus fermentum volgens conclusie 1 of 2; (c) een cultuur van de lactobacillus fermentum volgens conclusie 1 of 2; en (d) een gistingsbouillon van de lactobacillus fermentum volgens conclusie 1 of 2.
4. Samenstelling volgens conclusie 3, met het kenmerk, dat de samenstelling verder één of een combinatie van probiotica, prebiotica, voedingsvezels en traditionele Chinese geneeskunde bevat.
5. Bereiding, met het kenmerk, dat de bereiding de lactobacillus fermentum volgens conclusie 1 of 2 bevat of/en de samenstelling volgens conclusie 3 of 4, en een drager, waarbij de drager een medicinale drager of een eetbare drager is.
6. Bereiding volgens conclusie 5, met het kenmerk, dat de bereiding tabletten, pillen, capsules, poeders, gels, korrels of vloeistoffen zijn.
7. Toepassingen van lactobacillus fermentum volgens conclusie 1 of 2 of samenstelling volgens conclusie 3 of 4 bij de bereiding van bereidingen voor het verbeteren van hyperlipidemie.
8. Toepassingen volgens conclusie 7, met het kenmerk, dat de toepassing omvat: een toepassing van de lactobacillus fermentum volgens conclusie 1 of 2 of de samenstellingen volgens conclusie 3 of 4 bij de bereiding van bereidingen die het triglycerideniveau en/of het totale cholesterolniveau en/of lage dichtheid lipoproteineniveau in het bloedserum verlagen.
9. Toepassingen volgens conclusie 7 of 8, met het kenmerk, dat de toepassing één of een combinatie van een veelvoud van de volgende combinaties omvat: (a) een toepassing van de lactobacillus fermentum volgens conclusie 1 of 2 of de samenstellingen volgens conclusie 3 of 4 bij de bereiding van bereidingen die het triglycerideniveau en/of het cholesterolniveau in de lever verlagen; (b) een toepassing van de lactobacillus fermentum volgens conclusie 1 of 2 of de samenstelling volgens conclusie 3 of 4 bij de bereiding van de bereidingen die de afscheiding van vetzuren met korte keten in de darm bevorderen.
10. Toepassingen volgens conclusie 9, met het kenmerk, dat het vetzuur met korte keten in de toepassing (c) één of meer van azijnzuur, propionzuur of boterzuur is.
