Claims (7)

CONCLUSIES
1. Een weerbestendige milieuvriendelijke isolatiecoating voor siliciumstaal, die de volgende bestanddelen in massaprocent omvat: 10 - 30% fosforzuur, 0 - 10% amfotere hydroxide, 0 - 10% metaaloxiden of zuurstofhoudende zouten van calcium/zink/magnesium, 2 - 15% colloidale silica, 10 - 20% hars op waterbasis, 0 - 5% laagmoleculaire polyolen, G - 2% additieven en voor het overige gedeioniseerd water, waarbij de totale hoeveelheid amfotere hydroxide en metaaloxiden of zuurstofhoudende zouten groter is dan 0.
2. De weerbestendige milieuvriendelijke isolatiecoating voor siliciumstaal volgens conclusie 1, waarbij: — het amfotere hydroxide ten minste een van aluminiumhydroxide en zinkhydroxide is; — de metaaloxiden of zuurstofhoudende zouten van calcium/zink/magnesium ten minste een van magnesiumoxide, zinkoxide, calciumfosfaat, calciumcarbonaat en calciumoxide zijn; en — de colloidale silica een anorganische silicaoplossing of een organische silicahars is.
3. De weerbestendige milieuvriendelijke isolatiecoating voor siliciumstaal volgens conclusie 1, waarbij — de hars op waterbasis ten minste een van acrylhars, fenolhars en epoxyhars is; — de hars op waterbasis een mengsel van fenolhars en epoxyhars in een massaverhouding van 3:2 - 4 is.
4. De weerbestendige milieuvriendelijke isolatiecoating voor siliciumstaal volgens conclusie 1, waarbij — de laagmoleculaire polyolen ten minste een van ethyleenglycol en glycerol zijn; — de additieven ten minste een van antischuimmiddelen, oplosmiddelen en uithardingsmiddelen zijn.
5. De weerbestendige milieuvriendelijke isolatiecoating voor siliciumstaal volgens conclusie 1, waarbij — de ontschuimer een organische siliconenontschuimer is; — het oplosmiddel is ten minste een van aceton, ethanol, peroxidecyclohexanon en cyclohexanon is; — het uithardingsmiddel hexamethyleentetramine is.
6. De weerbestendige milieuvriendelijke isolatiecoating voor siliciumstaal volgens conclusie 1, waarbij de verhouding van de totale massa van fosforzuur en metaaloxiden/zuurstof- houdende zouten tot amfoteer hydroxide 4 — 7 : 1 bedraagt.
7. Een werkwijze voor het bereiden van een weerbestendige milieuvriendelijke isolatiecoating voor siliciumstaal, omvattende de stappen: S1: het wegen van elk bestanddeel van de weerbestendige milieuvriendelijke isolatiecoating voor siliciumstaal volgens willekeurig welke van conclusies 1 - 6; S2: het roeren en mengen van fosforzuur, amfotere hydroxide of metaaloxiden/zuurstof- houdende zouten van calcium/zink/magnesium met een geschikte hoeveelheid gedeioniseerd water om een eerste dispersie te verkrijgen; S3: het roeren en mengen van hars op waterbasis, laagmoleculaire polyolen en een geschikte hoeveelheid gedeioniseerd water om een tweede dispersie te verkrijgen; S4: het roeren en mengen van colloïdaal silica, de eerste dispersie en de tweede dispersie, en het resterende gedeioniseerde water om de weerbestendige milieuvriendelijke isolatiecoating voor siliciumstaal te verkrijgen.
