Claims (3)
- S11 - Conclusies l. Rijstproteine-voedingspoeder (tablet) dat in staat is de gastro-intestinale gezondheid te versterken en een productiewerkwijze daarvan, waarbij het rijstproteine- voedingspoeder (tablet) de volgende grondstoffen in een formule op basis van gewichtsdelen omvat: 10-50 delen rijst, 10-30 delen rijstpeptide, 5-20 delen gerst, 5-20 delen tarwe, 5-20 delen haver, 1-5 delen coixzaden, 1-5 delen lotuszaden, 1-5 delen rode dadels, 0,1-5 delen walnoten, 0,1-5 delen cashewnoten, 0,1-5 delen pijnboompitten, 0,1- 5 delen hazelnoten, 0,1-5 delen pompoenpitten, 1-3 delen sesam, 1-5 delen melkpoeder, 1-5 delen fructo-oligosacharide, 1-3 delen inuline en 0,1-2 delen vitamines.
- 2. Rijstproteine-voedingspoeder (tablet) dat in staat is de gastro-intestinale gezondheid te versterken en de productiewerkwijze daarvan volgens conclusie 1, waarbij het rijstproteine-voedingspoeder (tablet) de volgende grondstoffen in een formule op basis van gewichtsdelen omvat: 25 delen rijst, 25 delen rijstpeptide, 10 delen gerst, 10 delen tarwe, 10 delen haver, 3,6 delen coixzaden, 3,6 delen rode dadels, 3,6 delen lotuszaden, 0,7 deel walnoten, 0,7 deel cashewnotennoten, 0,7 deel pijnboompitten, 0,7 deel hazelnoten, 0,7 deel pompoenpitten, 2 delen sesam, 2 delen melkpoeder, 2 delen fructo-oligosacharide, 1 deel inuline en 0,5 deel vitamines.
- 3. Rijstproteine-voedingspoeder (tablet) dat in staat is de gastro-intestinale gezondheid te versterken en de productiewerkwijze daarvan volgens conclusie 1, waarbij de productiewerkwijze de volgende productiestappen omvat: (1) malen: het tot poeder vermalen van verse rijst, gerst, tarwe, haver, coixzaden, rode dadels, lotuszaden, walnoten, cashewnoten, pijnboompitten, hazelnoten, pompoenpitten en sesam; (2) uniform mengen en conditioneren: het aan het grondstofpoeder toevoegen van melkpoeder en fructo-oligosacharide, het toevoegen van water en het uniform mengen van het poeder door een colloïdmolen; (3) homogenisatie onder hoge druk: het uitvoeren van homogenisatie bij een homogenisatiedruk van 140-150 MPa gedurende 20-25 min om een gehomogeniseerde pasta te verkrijgen; (4) sproeidrogen: het uitvoeren van sproeidrogen bij een droogtemperatuur van 140-150°C gedurende 15-20 s;(5) het oplossen van rijstproteine in water om een proteineoplossing met een massafractie van 5% te verkrijgen, het aanpassen van een pH-waarde van de proteineoplossing met een 1 mol/L NaOH-oplossing tot 8,0, het toevoegen van pancreasenzym dat 0,5% van het rijstproteine voor zijn rekening neemt bij 50°C voor enzymolyse, het uitvoeren van een enzymdeactiveringsbehandeling bij 90°C gedurende min na enzymolyse gedurende 60 min, en het uitvoeren van centrifugatie en sproeidrogen om rijstpeptide te verkrijgen;(6) superfijn malen: het onderwerpen van het gesproeidroogde poeder, rijstpeptide, 10 vitamines en inuline om een voedingspoeder te verkrijgen, waarbij de deeltjesgrootte geregeld wordt tussen 10 um en 30 um;(7) tabletteren en drogen: het tabletteren van het poeder; en(8) verpakking: het verpakken van het poeder en de tabletten.
