Description

PRE-FORMING MOULD FOR MULTIPLE FILLINGS TECHNICAL FIELD
The present invention relates to the field of food processing, in particular to a pre-forming mould for multiple fillings.
BACKGROUND
Generally, the existing food forming machines for processing stuffed food such as dumplings uses circular stations when forming and processing food, wherein a wrapper transporting unit, a filling feeding unit, a forming unit and discharge unit are mounted on a circular track successively, and then each step of wrapper receiving, filling feeding, forming and discharging for stuffed food such as dumplings is carried out in individual unit. But this kind of structure could only perform filling wrapping of the stuffed food with single filling, or stuffed food with multiple fillings by feeding the pre-mixed multiple fillings to the wrapper. The existing forming machines fail to feed multiple fillings without mixing, and also fail to feed solid filling and liquid filling respectively to the wrapper. Furthermore, the liquid filling is frozen to be solid before feeding in prior art, which would affect the taste and nutrition thereof.
Chinese utility model patent CN 200820062031 .X, entitled “Dumpling making machine” and filed on 29 January 2008, discloses following technical solution that a dumpling machine comprises a wrapper feeding unit, a filling feeding unit, a dumpling forming unit, a discharge tailstock and a driving unit; the dumpling forming unit comprises a horizontal turnplate and a forming mould on the turnplate; the wrapper feeding unit and the filling feeding unit are arranged at the wrapper receiving station and filling receiving station correspondingly; a jacking unit is arranged at a folding station, one side of a dumpling pushing station is provided with a pushing unit, and the other side is provided with the discharge tailstock. According to the dumpling machine of this patent, the wrapper feeding unit, the filling feeding unit, the forming unit and discharge unit are mounted on the circular track individually, and each unit operates in turn. The forming unit and filling feeding unit for dumplings disclosed in above patent could only feed the filling to the wrapper once and fail to wrap solid filling and liquid filling mixed together.
In conclusion, during the existing automatic production of the stuffed food such as dumplings, filling feeding can only be carried out once, thus feeding of multiple fillings cannot be achieved, further the solid filling and liquid filling also cannot be mixed and fed to the wrapper.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
In order to overcome the above-mentioned technical problems that the filling feeding can only be carried out once, feeding of multiple fillings cannot be achieved, and the solid filling and liquid filling also cannot be mixed and fed to the wrapper, the present invention thus provides a pre-forming mould for multiple fillings which could feed various fillings to the wrapper successively. Moreover, this mould could realize the successive feeding of the solid filling and liquid filling to the wrapper. The term of liquid filling(s) referred in this invention indicates all fluids can be used during filling wrapping, such as various fillings in liquid state, water and so on.
Above technical effect is achieved by the solution as follows: A pre-forming mould for multiple fillings comprises a mounting plate, which is configured with mold cores and two wrapper receiving plates capable of moving relative to each other. The wrapper receiving plates are configured on two sides of the mold cores separately, and recesses are provided on the upper surface of each wrapper receiving plate to receive the wrappers. Lateral sides of two wrapper receiving plates facing each other directly are both configured with notches, and both left and right sides of each notch are configured with pressing units. Every two notches facing each other and respectively located at two wrapper receiving plates constitute a pre-forming cavity.
The number of notches on each wrapper receiving plate is identity.
At least three notches located in a horizontal line are configured on each wrapper receiving plate, and at least three pre-forming cavities are formed by combining the two wrapper receiving plates, wherein a mold core is located in the centre of each pre-forming cavity.
The two wrapper receiving plates could move towards or away from each other horizontally.
The pressing unit is a vertical plane which extends to the underneath of the wrapper receiving plates. When two wrapper receiving plates shut together, the pressing units will abut against each other. A vertical curved surface is configured under the notch, beside the pressing unit.
At least one wrapper receiving plate is configured with a pushing block. A first roller is configured on the pushing block and drives the wrapper receiving plate to reciprocate horizontally via a track, thereby the two wrapper receiving plates can shut together or separate.
The mold core is cupped and an ejector block which can move up and down is configured therein. An ejector rod is connected to the underneath of each ejector block and also connected to a connecting plate. A third roller is configured on the connecting plate and is able to drive the ejector rod to reciprocate vertically under the drive of track or other driving mechanisms, whereby the ejector block in the mold core ascends and descends while the mold core stays still. The ejector rod drives the ejector block fixed on its top to move up and down, and to push the formed stuffed food thereon up to the spot above the wrapper receiving plates, so as to facilitate picking them up or discharging them. A reset spring is further configured on the connecting plate, an upper end of the reset spring is secured in the hole in the mounting plate to reset the position of the connecting plate.
An intermediate plate is located under the wrapper receiving plate, and a lever is connected to the bottom of the intermediate plate. A second roller is provided on one end of the lever and able to move up and down along a track, in order to drive the wrapper receiving plate to ascend and descend via the lever.
The recess is in a shape of semicircle and/or rectangle, which could alter according to the shape of wrapper. The shape of the recess on one wrapper receiving plate may be different from that on the other wrapper receiving plate.
The principle of the operation is as follows:
Two wrapper plates are configured opposite to each other. At the beginning, they are separated. Then, the wrapper drops on the wrapper receiving plates, wherein one part of the wrapper is located in the recess of one wrapper receiving plate, another part is located in the a recess on the other wrapper receiving plate, and the intermediate part of the wrapper suspends in the air.
After that, the intermediate part is poked downwards to the mold core by a poking unit, meanwhile, the periphery of wrapper will no longer contact the recesses and is erected to form a concave shape of the whole wrapper. The filling “A”, which generally is solid filling is fed to the concave wrapper by the first filling feeding unit.
At least one wrapper receiving plate is forced to move horizontally towards the other wrapper receiving plate. When the two wrapper receiving plates shut together, the pressing units, located on both sides of the notches, will abut against each other tightly, thus periphery of the concave wrapper will be bound together tightly under the press of pressing units, except an unsealed top, which allows a bag-shaped wrapper.
Then, the two wrapper receiving plates separate and descend at the same time, and the second filling feeding unit feeds the filling “B” into the confined cavity of the bag-shaped wrapper, where the filling “A” and filling “B” could stay together, without any leakage of fillings, because the wrapper enclosing the cavity is sealed except the top. Wherein the filling “B” may be liquid or solid. In the embodiment, filling “B” is preferred to be liquid.
Afterwards other fillings may be added or the opening in the top of the wrapper may be sealed by a forming device. In the process of forming, the mold core ascends and a clamping component of the forming device compress the opening and make it sealed, thereby the stuffed food is ready finally. The term of stuffed food herein generally refers to food consisting of wrapper and fillings enclosed therein, such as dumplings, siu mai, etc.
The advantages of the pre-forming mould for multiple fillings are as follows: 1. Lateral sides of two wrapper receiving plates of the pre-forming mould for multiple fillings facing each other directly are both configured with notches, and both left and right sides of each notch are configured with pressing units.
Every two notches facing each other and respectively located at two wrapper receiving plates constitute a pre-forming cavity which could receive the wrapper. Two wrapper receiving plates could move relative to each other to shut together or separate. It can be achieved by the pressing units that the periphery of the wrapper is sealed except an opening on the top of the concave wrapper, so that another kind of filling could be fed to the wrapper where one kind of filling has been fed already. The term “periphery of the wrapper” refers to four directions, i.e., the top, bottom, left and right of the wrapper. In this way, whether liquid or solid fillings can be fed, which allows formation of stuffed food with varied kinds of fillings. Besides, there is no leak happens when liquid filling is fed directly. So it is no longer necessary to freeze the liquid filling to solid before feeding and the taste and nutrition of filling are maintained. 2. The two wrapper receiving plates of the pre-forming mould for multiple fillings cooperate with each other and constitute a wrapper receiving set. A number of pre-forming cavities may be configured on one wrapper receiving set, which means that three stuffed food can be processed simultaneously if three pre-forming cavities are configured. 3. The mold core of the pre-forming mould for multiple fillings could provide support to the wrapper and filling, and also could ascend and descend. As a result, in the following forming process after the pre-forming process, the mold core could ascend and make the wrapper and filling placed thereon well above the wrapper receiving plates, which contributes to the forming process performed by the forming device. 4. Two wrapper receiving plates of the pre-forming mould for multiple fillings can move horizontally or vertically, whereas traditional wrapper receiving plate is an integral device which could only reciprocate vertically. In addition, traditional wrapper receiving plates have a single function of receiving wrappers. But the pre-forming mould for multiple fillings of the present invention further could achieve pre-formation of the wrappers, forming a concave wrapper, the periphery of which is sealed except a top opening, because the present invention has two wrapper receiving plates which are capable of moving in horizontal and vertical direction independently and pressing units. 5. The pressing units of the pre-forming mould for multiple fillings are vertical planes, which will press the wrapper to cling together with uniform force, and the vertical curved surface under the notch could shape the middle and lower parts of the stuffed wrapper. 6. More than one structures of the pre-forming mould for multiple fillings are configured with rollers, the cooperation of the rollers and tracks enable the relevant structures to ascend, descend and move horizontally. The present invention has a simple structure.
