Abstract

La presente invención se refiere al uso de un (1->3)-Beta-D-glucano como estabilizador de emulsión. La presente invención también se relaciona a emulsiones que comprenden un (1->3)-Beta-D-glucano en una cantidad de 0.01 a 10 wt.%, basado en el peso total de la emulsión. La presente invención se refiere también a composiciones de ligantes bituminosos que comprenden un (1->3)-Beta-D-glucano en una cantidad de 0.005 menos del 0.1 wt.%, basado en el peso total de la composición de ligantes bituminosos. La presente invención se relaciona además a emulsiones que comprenden un agente emulsionante biodegradable novedoso, en particular en combinación con un (1->3)-Beta-D-glucano.
