Abstract

La présente invention porte sur l'utilisation d'un (1?3)-ß-d-glucane comme stabilisant d'émulsion. La présente invention porte en outre sur des émulsions comprenant un (1-3)-ß-d-glucane dans une quantité de 0,01 à 10 % en poids, sur la base du poids total de l'émulsion. La présente invention porte également sur des compositions de liant bitumineux comprenant un (1-3)-ß-d-glucane dans une quantité de 0,005 à moins de 0,1 % en poids, sur la base du poids total de la composition de liant bitumineux. La présente invention porte également sur des émulsions comprenant un nouvel agent émulsifiant biodégradable, en particulier en combinaison avec un (1-3)-ß-d-glucane.
