Abstract

Un método mejorado para la fabricación de paneles de fibras estructurales comprimidas por extrusión de materia fibrosa agrícola en dichos paneles de fibras estructurales comprimidas. El método mejorado de la presente invención incluye proporcionar un volumen preseleccionado de materia fibrosa agrícola y el acondicionamiento previo de la materia fibrosa agrícola para tener un nivel de humedad predeterminado en esta. La materia fibrosa agrícola se separa y se limpia, y el vapor se añade a la materia fibrosa agrícola hasta alcanzar un nivel de humedad predeterminado dentro de la materia fibrosa agrícola. Un nivel predeterminado de bórax también se añade a la materia fibrosa agrícola para prevenir la formación de bacteria dentro de la materia fibrosa agrícola. La materia fibrosa agrícola es transportada durante el proceso en bandas transportadoras que tienen unidades variables, en donde el nivel de la materia fibrosa agrícola en las bandas transportadoras es detectado de modo que se proporciona una señal a las unidades variables para ajustar la velocidad de las bandas transportadoras para suministrar un nivel predeterminado de materia fibrosa agrícola. La materia fibrosa agrícola es luego extrudida para formar un panel de fibra estructural comprimida.
