Abstract
ELECTRONIC DEVICE CARRYING APPARATUS An electronic device carrying apparatus (1) includes a supply unit (2) supplying an electronic device (D), a storage unit (3) storing the electronic device (D) supplied from the supply unit (2), and sucking nozzles (6) sucking and carrying the respective electronic devices (D). A needle (81) is installed at a location in a path (11) where the sucking nozzle (6) once stops after releasing the electronic device (D). The needle (81) is an extremely thin and long bar. When the nozzle hole (62) of the sucking nozzle (6) and the needle (81) face with each other, the sucking nozzle (6) and the needle (81) are moved relative to each other, and the needle (81) is inserted in the nozzle hole (62) of the sucking nozzle (6). Hence, the needle (81) passes completely through the nozzle hole (62) of the sucking nozzle (6), and eliminates the clogging of the sucking nozzle (6).
