Abstract
La presente invencion proporciona composiciones imprimacion electricamente conductoras y flexibles que endurecen para formar materiales conductores a temperatura ambiente o condiciones de curado a baja temperatura de horneado. La composicion de imprimacion contiene solventes y 40-75% en peso de aglutinante formador de pelicula y pigmentos en una proporcion en peso global de pigmento a aglutinante de aproximadamente 1:100 a 100:100; en donde el aglutinante contiene (A) una resina de poliester que contiene hidroxilo, flexible y (B)un agente de reticulacion de poliisocianato organico y en donde los pigmentos incluyen pigmentos electricamente conductores en una proporcion en peso de pigmento a aglutinante de aproximadamente 1:100 a 130:100 y los pigmentos electricamente conductores consisten esencialmente de una combinacion de pigmentos de grafito y negro de carbono conductor en una proporcion en peso de gafito a negro de carbono de aproximadamente 120:1 a 1:1 y la composicion forma un recubrimiento duro, flexible que tiene una conductividad superficial de por lo menos 100 unidades Ransburg cuando es curada a temperatura ambiente o condiciones de horneado a baja temperatura. La composicion de recubrimiento puede ser usada sobre sustratos de metal o plastico para volver conductor al sustrato.
