Abstract
La invencion se refiere a la produccion de fluor, en particular a metodos para producir fluor a partir de fluoruros de metal en fase solida y las sales de complejos de los mismos por descomposicon termica; se usa el fluor gaseoso para muchos propositos, tales como la produccion de compuestos de fluor por fluoracion directa, para el soldeo de metal, para producir peliculas protectoras sobre metales durante la maquinacion de metales y aleaciones, etc. y en forma de reactivo de ataque quimico para componentes microelectronicos; se usan como compuestos iniciales sales de manganeso con alto contenido de fluor, es decir tetrafluoruro de manganeso MnF4 y otras sales, por ejemplo K3NiF7, K2NiF7, K2CuF6 y compuestos analogos; la invencion asegura un rendimiento de fluor que es igual o mayor a 99.0%; el metodo de la invencion es seguro y se usa facilmente para la produccion.
