Abstract

Un ensamble de estator para un motor electrico que incluye un alojamiento de estator, un anillo de flujo que se puede expandir insertado dentro del alojamiento del estator y una pluralidad de magnetos sobre una superficie interior del anillo de flujo; el material de sobremoldeo es moldeado alrededor de los magnetos en el anillo de flujo, tal como mediante moldeo por inyeccion; la presion del material de sobremoldeo conforme este es moldeado expande el anillo de flujo presionando el anillo de flujo en conexion con el alojamiento del estator; el material de sobremoldeo asegura los magnetos al anillo de flujo y el anillo de flujo al alojamiento; uno del anillo de flujo y el alojamiento del estator tiene una indentacion que conecta un agujero en el otro del anillo de flujo y el alojamiento del estator para alinear el anillo de flujo y el alojamiento del estator; en un aspecto, el material de sobremoldeo es moldeado para formar por lo menos un extremo conmutador o un soporte de cojinete posterior, un soporte de cojinete frontal y un deflector de ventilacion; en un aspecto, el material de sobremoldeo es moldeado para formar una caracteristica de ajuste; la caracteristica de ajuste puede ser a partir de ranuras de diferentes anchos entre los polos magneticos del ensamble del estator; en un aspecto, el anillo de flujo y el alojamiento son formados previamente como una unidad sellandolos desde los espacios vacios y haciendolos girar juntos; en una variacion, el espacio vacio del anillo de flujo, primero se hace girar para formar el anillo de flujo y el espacio vacio del alojamiento se hace girar alrededor del anillo de flujo con el anillo de flujo actuando como un arbol giratorio.
