Abstract

Las fibras mantienen activa la combustion en la superficie, multiplicando los efectos de calentamiento IR. Las placas de ceramica (15) de la tecnica tienden a "tragar" la flama provocando un quemado interior y reduciendo la eficiencia del proceso y/o la perdida del control de la flama y la explosion del equipo. - Los sensores y medios de medicion son proporcionados para el monitoreo de todas las etapas: Un sensor termico (14), es un dispositivo de seguridad aplicado en la cara inferior de cada modulo de ceramica fibrosa flexible (15), mas particularmente fijado en el filtro de soporte de la placa de ceramica (15) y se extiende hasta la linea media de esta placa (15) a fin de realizar el monitoreo de una posible inversion del flujo de calor debido a los factores externos que provocan el "tragado de la flama". El aparato ademas comprende el medio de medicion de oxigeno (23) y un detector ultravioleta de flama (24).
