Abstract
Un aparato de radicacion de calor 81) es definido en terminos de lo siguiente: el modulo refractario de radiacion flexible (7) comprende los medios de detencion que son resistentes a la alta temperatura y evitan las zonas de sombra y las perdidas laterales de calor en la zona de quemaduras en la superficie de ceramica; El empleo de placas de refractario de ceramica flexible (15) que tienen poros flexibles, permiten la modulacion de la mezcla de aire/gas, los poros flexibles permiten definir la trayectoria de la mezcla de aire/gas a traves de la placa de ceramica (15). Cuando sea reducida la presion de flujo de la mezcla, parte del poro automaticamente cierra y la mezcla de combustible es conducida hacia la superficie en donde son colocadas las fibras calientes. Las fibras mantienen activa la combustion en la superficie, multiplicando los efectos de calentamiento IR. Las placas de ceramica (15) de la tecnica tienden a "tragar" la flama provocando un quemado interior y reduciendo la eficiencia del proceso y/o la perdida del control de la flama y la explosion del equipo. - Los sensores y medios de medicion son proporcionados para el monitoreo de todas las etapas: Un sensor termico (14), es un dispositivo de seguridad aplicado en la cara inferior de cada modulo de ceramica fibrosa flexible (15), mas particularmente fijado en el filtro de soporte de la placa de ceramica (15) y se extiende hasta la linea media de esta placa (15) a fin de realizar el monitoreo de una posible inversion del flujo de calor debido a los factores externos que provocan el "tragado de la flama". El aparato ademas comprende el medio de medicion de oxigeno (23) y un detector ultravioleta de flama (24).
