Abstract
"IRRADIADOR DE INFRAVERMELHO MODULAR A GáS DE COMBUSTãO E RESPECTIVOS DISPOSITIVOS DE MONITORAçãO DO SEU DESEMPENHO E FUNCIONAMENTO". Irradiador de calor que pode ter suas definições, desenvolvimentos e funcionamentos descritos nos seguintes itens: a) módulo irradiador de cerâmica flexível refratária provido de meios de vedação e selagem resistentes à alta temperatura, que impedem a dispersão lateral da zona de queima produzida na superfície da cerâmica, melhorando a distribuição da irradiação por toda a superfície do módulo sem criar zonas mortas, ou seja sem irradiação na superfície radiante; b) utilização de placas de cerâmica flexível refratária, onde os poros pertinentes à massa fibrosa são por conseq³ência flexíveis, garantindo maior capacidade de modulação da quantidade de mistura que vasa através dela; c) aplicação de sensores e medidores para, monitoração do funcionamento, tais como: c1) sensor de fluxo térmico - dispositivo de segurança aplicado na face inferior de cada módulo de cerâmica flexível refratária, monitorando a possibilidade da inversão do fluxo de calor causado por um fator externo ao controle do sistema que promova o engolimento de chama; c2) medidor de oxigênio (medição contínua) a base de Oxido de Zircónio - dispositivo que capta os gases da combustão sobre a superfície de queima de pelo menos um módulo de cerâmica refratária; c3) detector de chama por Ultra Violeta (UV), visando detectar o funcionamento dos ignitores para a partida e também existência da combustão do gás nos módulos cerâmicos; d) O berço, onde são acondicionados os módulos de cerâmica flexível refratária e os conjuntos distribuidores primário e secundário dos plenos, é confeccionado em chapas metálicas e provido de sistema de segurança entre as longarinas e a tampa de fundo, que permite que as mesmas se destravem facilmente, atendendo aos casos de manutenção ou ainda para evitar uma expansão descontrolada do berço no caso de haver uma explosão.
